For the last 2 months no programme has been received on Sun TV. Repeated reminders, telephonic calls to Customer Care have been made but to no avail. I do not know what more can I do to wake up these people I have yet to see such indifferent attitude by any other company. Was this information helpful? |
Just look at this complaint regarding Smart Card No. [protected]. We have taken a 6 months new connection in January and naturally no dues. Repeatedly the connection gets scrambled. After making several complaints, I have last time use the service of their same service agents privately on payment to solve the problem.
Now the present complaint was registered on[protected] at 11.18 Hrs. and the Complaint No. is I -[protected]. I have repeatedly telephoned several times. Each time the Executive promises that the Service Engineers will personally come and solve the problem. Till this minuste nobody has come. Is this your responsibility. YOU WANT COMPLAINTS TO BE REGISTERED WILL LEGAL FORUMS FOR REDRESSALS ? Is that the only way ? You advertise hastle free disruption free viewing. THIS IS BAD !!
