I am resident of Vaishali, Ghazaibad. On 4th July, 2012 I had booked a studio apartment in Supertech CZAR project (Block Socrates 3, super area 535 Sqft, 16th Floor, unit no. R004SR31714) situated at Plot no. GH-02, Sector Omicron-1, Greater Noida 201308 through Max Gain Real Estate Pvt. Ltd. (Broker), B9, 3rd Floor, Sector 64, Noida-201307. As per broker’s commitment during site visit & meeting at their office and written confirmation of the same via mail dt. 22-06-12, “On option of down payment plan(95% of payment plan), I will got 12% assured return on yearly basis upto physical possession on the unit.” Accordingly I opt down payment scheme and pay a sum of Rs. 16,34,809/- (95% of Rs. 17,20,852/-) to M/s Supertech Limited. Now Supertech saying that booking was never done under assure return scheme and BSP applied on my account was under normal DP Plan which was Rs.2813.58/Sqft and advice to contact the Brokerage Firm “Max Gain Real Estate Pvt. Ltd.” As booking was done by them for more clarifications. Further I’d visited to Supertech Office along with Maxgain representative but fund no solution on this matter.
