Its means they knew that they are fraud.
And if they will reply they have to accept this and they have to give our flats.

Dear All Cutomers who have booked their flat’s in Supertech Eco village project’s and their posseion dates have been spent but they are still awaiting their possession.
Please contact NEFOMA office immediately since we are planning to submit a case in Lucknow HC for receiving of compensation for late possession.
Also this is decided to taking Rs3000/- as a court fees.
Also please note that If there are balance remaining after fighting case, refund will be returned to all of them.

I HAVE BOOKED A FLAT AT ECO VILLAGE-I UNIT NO.R018B00004/ FLAT 004 AND MAKE ONE PAYMENT OF RS.1, 82, 650/- ON[protected] AT YOUR CONSTRUCTION SITE TO ONE SH. G S BISHT. BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RECEIPT OF THIS. I ALSO VISITED YOUR OFFICE ON[protected] AT SECTOR 58 OFFICE. BUT THEY SAID THE RECIPT HAS ALREADY BEEN GENERATED SO OTHER RECEIPT CANNOT BE GENERATED. HE FURTHER STATED CRM EMPLOYEE WILL TAKE AROUND 30 MINUTES TO LOCATE THE FILE AND FOR EVERY PERSON/CLIENT THERE IS NO CRM EMPLOYEE. I CAME FROM DELHI AND TAKE A HALF LEAVE TO MAKE FURTHER PAYMENT AND TAKE MY EARLIER RECEIPT, AND YOU PEOPLE HAVE TO TIME, IT HURTS ME A LOT.

I have given a lot of comments here.
But still not find any solution.
I have talked with there employee prinyka who is handling supertech eco village projects.
She even told if they are giving amount after cancelling, its good.
she donot know when interest will be paid.
she personally suggest me, better to stay away from supertech.
She told me you just wait your time by going against them,
she told tumhe kuch fayda nhi milne wala.
Inke flat to sale ho hi jayenge.
So if there employees are saying like this, Then you can think about supertech.
So better stay away from them.

even i am also facing the same issues with supertech.Earlier i have booked the flat in Ecovillage-III, Tower B-3 at 8'th Floor but nopw they have sent the letter that they are not constructing the B-3 tower and now they have transferred my booking in tower B-2.In this regard they have sent a letter to us stating that kindly give back all the receipt and give your acceptance else plaese contact to take back the money.Just think after 01 and 1/2 year they are telling us to take the money back with interest else accept all the condition.If i would have invested that money so somewhere else then by this time minimum i would have earned around 2.5 times of that amount.I have taken the flexi plan and beacuse of this i have even paid 50% of the payment but till now there is no hope that when i'll get my flat.
i have even tried to contact supertech also but everybody is telling the same thing that if you dont want then taken the money back.
i would never recommened anyone to book flat with supertech in any project as these people are now trying to take the cancellation as much as possible so that they can sell the same to others at higher rates although when no bosy was comming there to take the flat we people have booked the flat and supported them.They are no-01 chor company.

Even they are just offering a some replacement flat to you.But to me they are not offering any flat.Simply saying just take money back.They are not giving any interest as they have earned from my money.I am in lost of 10Lac.But these types of builder can survive.First they make fool the farmers.Now they are making investors.Now nobody here is resolving our problems.They are not giving any way for this.We can only pray for barbadi of supertech to god.But i think so what they have done, they should suffer for this.So no. of people should gather in front of the office against them and fired up the office.

I want to buy a flat in supertech eco village 3. Can anybody pls help me knowing that did u guys asked for No objection certificate from the buyer from the time of purchase. Do they really have NOC. and if they are having these things then why these kind of frauds are taking place. Please help and response...

Please stay away from supertech.
They will not give any flat in future.
Just they make people.
Even this thing is told to me by supertech employee priyanka.
She directly told me do not go with supertech or amrapali.
Better, Go with any small builder.
Rest is your wish.

I Mankesh Kumar, Booked a flat in Eco Village-2, Unit no. - 809(R0190H10809/Flat#809) in H1 tower at GH-01, Sectore-16B greater Noida 201203. As a common man I too had a dream to own a house which was full filled by Supertech Ltd. and it gave happiness to my family. As it was promised by super tech to handover the keys of flat in Nov. 2013 but due to some unavoidable issues we were asked that it is being delayed, which I really understand. I kept on contacting the concerned department and I was always in touch with them. In every 15 days I called on following phone numbers:[protected], [protected](Mr. Ahmed), [protected].As it was my CLP (plan) I made all the payments as per the CLP Plan as and when demanded, my loan is also approved as per CLP plan. I was supposed  to pay any installment as per the construction done and demanded by Supertech as per CLP plan. As it is being quite a long time that construction of Eco Village -2 is stopped, I was not asked to pay any amount(as per CLP). At the same time I have not been informed also by Supertech about the current status whereas my contact details are there with Supertech but I keep on receiving mails like court verdicts and festival wishes.As per the Supertech Ltd. clarification on booking cancellations of Eco-Village-2 in Noida(by Mohit Arora) on Sat. 28 July 2012, it was said that people who has made the payment as per their plan will be re-allotted a unit once the Govt. allows development of the Noida ext. area and documentation process/due information will be passed to the clients accordingly. But I have not received any mail or call in this regards yet.While contacted Mr. Nitin (contact no. [protected]) to know the current status of Eco Village-2, he said that it has been cancelled and all the people has been re-allotted flats whoever is eligible and my file is in cancellation due to less amount of payment received from my side.  It is not my fault if I was suggested to take CLP plan by supertech, I paid as and when I was asked to pay the installment as per the suggested plan(CLP). Bank also pays when it is demanded by your side but as it was not demanded any further payment was not made. So when demanded payments(by Supertech) is cleared from my side why I am not re-allotted a flat yet whereas others are already being re-allotted. Through this mail I request you to re-allot me the flat because at any circumstances I am not ready to take the refund after three years of booking a flat. I had a dream to own a house which you cannot shatter like this.

I have also booked a flat in Supertech ecovillage in noida extension, and it was my biggest mistake to go for Supertech. Reason being that supertech has no transparency in there terms and conditions. A clause mentioning " Escalation" is mentioned there in the agreement which is never told to the customer at the time of booking or mentioned anywhere not even on there booking form or any other brochure of there projects.
Now how can Supertech claim that there is transparency when they are selling there products by hiding the clauses. Moreover let me know one project of Supertech that was delivered on time. Its just called cheating. If anyone is planning to invest in supertech then i suggest him to re-consider his/her decision.

I was planning to buy a resale unit in Spertech Eco vill 2. But after reading your comments i have made up my mind, not to go with this builder. I was about to deal through Prithvee real estate who claims to be direct channel partner of SuperTech. I hope your cases settle soon.

Any friendly suggestion, should i even thinkj about buying a flat in Noida Extn?, which builder i can trust.

I have booked flat in Supertech but supertech is fraud,not reliable at all.They cheated us.So I request you that dont book flat in supertech,plz dunt waste your precious time and money in booking flat in Supertech, even they are not attained their customers in their office properly very poor customer service
