[Resolved]  Supertech Limited - Noida — refund of booking amount

I had booked a flat in AZURE - SEC 34 Pavalion - Noida in the month of Jan 2011 , and paid a booking amount of Rs 7.25 Lacs .
I had booked under the construction linked plan , for which the staff - Mr Anil Sharma told me that no bank will finance the project and i need to pay up on my own .
i tried in approx 6 to 7 banks , firstly no papers were being provided by Mr anil , and the same was not approved by ANY bank.
After which i requested for refund of my booking amount , post which there is complete silence and no information on my refund of the booking amount , almost a year now , i tried calling let of people in the organization , they dont go beyond the second phone call , after which they stop taking phone calls ....
