My address is specifically addressed at the issues of ron54081234 on Aug 18, 2013. I am myself a victim of Supertech with millions of INR locked up in Emerald Court-APEX. Lot of my co-victims are free from Supertech's grip now and ONLY WAY IS TO FILE AN SLP(SPECIAL LEAVE PETITION) or CONSUMER PROTECTION CASE against any of their grim bullying and cheating. Please pay all attention to the blog here from Mr. UBS Teotia who led the RWA of Emerald Court to bring Supertech to their knees.

Really bad builder. NEVER GO WITH SUPERTECH. I have a Villa in Supertech Czar and no one is responding at all.
I paid 25% money for purchase of apartment in Supertech hilltown in 2014. The posession was promised for 2017 December, but till now the construction is not started. The government provides no protection topurchaser from builders.
