I have purchased a Suzuki Zeus bike model 2006 on 28th December 2006 at your dealer M/s. Swapna Enterprises Pvt ltd, Anna Nagar, Chennai. My bike is still with the above said Swapna enterprises pvt ltd.

My Bike's Chassis, Chain Guard has rusted and has been broken. I took my bike to the service station at Anna Nagar Chennai branch. There i met your service engineer, he informed that the chassis of my bike holds warranty only for 2 years of period. I ask you to clarify me that whether the life time of your chassis is only for 2 to 3 years. I have noticed it somehow or otherwise i would have had my life in total disability or i could even had lost my life. So i hereby kindly request you to replace the chassis as well as the chain guard with Warranty . Please do the needful.

suzuki zeus — very poor customer service
i have purchased a Suzuki Zues bike from his own dealer located at mettupalayam road, coimbatore.i have done the purchase by paying the full amount & the insurance was also paid from my office & the vehicle was registered in my company name M/s.Usha Packs,
the persons who attended me before purchase have spoken with sweetened mouth stating vehicle properly fitted with all accessories, tank filled up with fuel, well cleaned & deliver the vehicle, i have done the payment & given time that i would take delivery after two days,
but at the time of delivery the new vehicle was not looking like new & they treated me as if i was over there to beg something, stating that no additional acc., or fuel will be filled up.
i am not complaing about what they did not give, but wished to bring to the notice that the dealers & company not treating the customers to the mark.
