[Resolved]  Suzuki Zeus — service problem

sir, i owned a suzuki zeus on 13 august 2007.and now running trough warrenty period. on last month my bike had a problem. engine missing and starting trouble. suddently i informed the nearest showroom(donees motors. allepy)they took my bike to showroom.now its happen 2weeks ago. but no replay from there. when i called there they became angruy with me and they didnt take the phone.firsty she(manager) said that it take more time to get warrenty. but now no responce. what would i do?

Hi, with great hope I purched suzuki zeus from Ravi Wheels Pvt Ltd, Chhani Road Suzuki, Vadodara on dated 28th Aug 2006. At the time of paid service on dated 2nd Oct 2009, front disk beak oil cabinet was broken by service labour and it has approx cost of Rs 1800 in service spare part center. As per the statement by service manager, its not there falt and they are not ready give me replacement. I have to pruchase from my side. Due to such type of experience, I am not at all happy to suggest any one to purcahse suzuki bike from such type of service provide delalers.
