[Resolved]  swift dzire vxi — Poor After Sales Service and incorrect expectation set

We bought a car ( Swift Dzire VXI ) from RANA MOTORS , GURGAON a week back , Before we had purchased the vehicle , RANA MOTORS made so many fake promises in order to sell their product , they made us pay for Insurance and specifically mentioned to for for the one which will be coverage all over India saying that we will get service anywhere in India , no matter wherever we are , we just need to make a call to Maruti and they will send a repair technician to us. After we bought the car , the next day , unfortunately my husband faced a small accident while we were in Meerut , when we called RANA MOTORS , and spoke with a salesperson called INDERJEET , he informed that they will only deal us while we are in gurgaon and since we were in Meerut then , they cannot assist us in anyways , so we were extremely disappointed and we called up the service station for Maruti , and they said that they will send us a technician but no matter what we have to pay Rs.1000/- to him , even if our problem is not fixed , this was ridiculous since we were informed by RANA MOTORS that as long as our car was insured , we will get free service anywhere is India , And then after this episode took place , we took the car to PASCHO ( GURGAON ) which was recommended to us by RANA MOTORS and they charged us Rs.10,000- for getting the entire bumper replaced , The bumper was absolutely fine and there was no requirement for it to be replaced , but still then they forced us to get the bumper replaced . Then comes the car registration process. The person who was dealing with us from RANA MOTORS was named INDERJEET , He had told us that we would just need to provide them the Electicity bill for our house and our residential address mentioned on our Company's Letter Head , so with great difficulty , I got the address mentioned on my Company's Letter Head and when we went to get our car registered , INDERJEET from RANA MOTORS said that he also needs the rent agreement and he had never told us earlier that even the rent agreement was required , we said that we don't have the rent agreement with us , so he behaved so rude with us saying that our car will not get registered if we don't provide the rent agreement. We had to go through so much of harassment because of RANA MOTORS that I was forced to log this complaint against them , I would recommend to everyone to never ever purchase a vehicle from RANA MOTORS as they are cheaters and liers and they make fake promises to sell their products but their after sales service is extremely poor and horrible. We really feel cheated now and are extremely dissappointed with such a service that we got from RANA MOTORS and will never ever recommend them to anyone.
