We bought a car ( Swift Dzire VXI ) from RANA MOTORS , GURGAON a week back , Before we had purchased the vehicle , RANA MOTORS made so many fake promises in order to sell their product , they made us pay for Insurance and specifically mentioned to for for the one which will be coverage all over India saying that we will get service anywhere in India , no matter wherever we are , we just need to make a call to Maruti and they will send a repair...

I have given complaint on dt. 22nd June 2011, regarding failure of burnung of clutch plate as well as jamed gear with in 255 Km (within one month) before first servicing.Details already given to customer care,but till date noreply has been received
