Swift Vdi — late delivery

My Swift car no UP14AW/8401 was accident on 02/02/2012 and hand over to Rohan Moter Ghaziavad under job card NO- jc11018830 date 03/02/2012 till this date they are not giving any reply. ten days ago the call us and we try but many defect remaining in the car we tell them with over problem the are also agree with as now we are doing many phone to them only one reply is coming car is not ready.
Please tell as now many times will be taking in repairing we will wait of reply.
