its been rediculous that exept maruthi all other companies give good response for the complaints.i have been complaining about the reverse gear issue and the response from vadakara
,madappaly popular service centre was as it is general complaint of swift and cant be cleared.what sort of coustomer service is this.i am a
swift user since 5 years and recently baught this new swift its jst 12000 km and the complaints are poping...

If i compliant to service center regarding my problem, they are not responding me properly or if i on the ac aftet that too much of tapid noise i am getting. I bought a car Swift Vdi form your dealer Eakansh Wheels Tepla (Ambala) in 2010. Now, there is a problem in the car of Door making noise since last 2 months. In this regard, I went to the above dealer approx. 8 to 10 times, but he is not dealing me in right way. My problem still stands. Plz find a solution of my problem as soon as possible.

Its give me very low millage I have complained many times to service dealer but my problem is same after

17000 kms - the oil had dried up.

I purchased a SWIFT VDI on 29th august 2007 from MADHUSUDAN MOTORS AGRA with extended warranty.I get my vehicle's regular services done from TARA MOTORS BATHINDA. After the covering 30,000 km my car gave a problem in shifting of 1st and 2nd gear. I informed the dealer (Tara motors) and he suggested me to get it replaced within the warranty. So finally i got it replaced after covering 40,000kms. I had to face the similar problem again...

1. bought maruti swift vdi on 17 dec 08, excellent car just that :-
(a) loads of noise when passing thru a pot hole/bumper with pressure on the suspensions-both front n rear
(b) noise akin to "KEEKKK" looks definitely like a suspension problem-front n rear
(c) showed the car to mech but to no avail
(d) he onfo that the swifts have this typical problem-suspension-sorry pal!!!...

harasment from last three days for a problem in the suspention part of my swift VDi
Every time a new problem is generated by service man
they opened it for suspention problem
and now they say problem in arm or desh board
opened the desh board in doubt,
