[Resolved]  Tasmac — Late hours of Alcohol

Dear Sir/Madam,

We the public of Canal Bank Road, C.I.T Nagar, Nandanam, Chennai -600 035 would like to bring to your kind notice that there is a 24hrs wine shop running in this busy street.The wine shop is situated closeby and the bar people have rented a house at Canal bank road (New door number is #121) and they sell liquor at a high price depending on time. They never tend to close their stock as they have unlimited supply from the nearby wine shop.Since there are many shops and houses in this residential area, the drunkers have their drinks in front of the houses and on the pavements failing to leave space for the people to pass by. They lie down on the roads and pavements with improper dresses and use bad words, teasing the girls and litter all along the road. They make nuisance daily. We have already reported to the local police station about this but there is no proper possible action. So on behalf of the public I kindly request you to shut down this illegal bar cum 24hrs wine house immediately and make our public relax.
