[Resolved] Tasmac — Location Change

Sir,
There is a TASMAC shop near(within 50 Meters) to the Government Arts College, Four Roads Mettur dam. As per the Rule 8 of the Tamil Nadu Liquor Retail Vending (in shops and bars) Rules, 2003, the liquor shops should not be established within a distance of 50 metres from places of worship and educational institutions in Municipal Corporations and Municipalities and within a distance of 100 metres in other areas.
kindly consider this petition and help to take necessary action in shifting the TASMAC to other location

Sir,

There is a TASMAC shop (6425) within 50 Meters from centre of National highway (NH - 45) in Alathur gate, alathur taluk, perambalur district. Further with in 100 metre there is nearly 20 shops and 1 AEO office located. As per the Rule 8 of the Tamil Nadu Liquor Retail Vending (in shops and bars) Rules, 2003, the liquor shops should not be established within a distance of 50 metres from places of worship and educational institutions in Municipal Corporations and Municipalities and within a distance of 100 metres in other areas.
