January'09 i bought new innovaG4-8s. I opted car insurance from TATA AIG which offered me holiday package for an year validation. But after receiving the policy document a week later the holiday package was valid only for 6months. After that the customer representive's cell number found to be switched off till today.

I have also faced the same problem. I took my policy during January 2009. They promised me at higher IDV whereas wheen I received the policy the IDV value is lesser value. When I contacted so many times the S.S.Associates, Hyderabad . No response. Further my previous policy with other insurance company was hire purchase with PNB bank, but these people have not made the hire purchase endorsement. I am requesting since then but no response. I request the authorites to send an amendment to the policy immediately. My policy no. [protected] 00 date 10/01/2009.

TATA-AIG General Insurance — Mis Information on Product selling
I have bought Health policy for my parents from tata-aig. policy number SHC[protected],SHC[protected], ITIG[protected] ,ITIG[protected] respectively.But when i called for claim the they said this facility is not covered in this policy.Then i filled a complant againt this with there call center through a complant no 7217022.on which they revert back and said the information given by the sales executive was fales and we appolise for this.but i said them to refund my money, because i have bought this policy only due to that benefit(Fales statement).
Now they are not replying on this.
Tata's service in general is poor. Their cars is as bad as their cars.
I am posting reviews of my experience with them all over. We should stand together and get them off the the market.
People are loosing hard earned cash for bad cars and poor service deleveries.

Please cancel my policy BTM[protected] with immediate effect. Premium for this policy is being deducted from my HSBC credit card. Though this policy was valid till dec 2008 but still the premium is being dedcuted.
Request again to cancel this policy with immed. effect.
