Dear Sir
Since I recieved the soft copy of the policy I am in touch with the customer care regarding the thing told me while selling the policy where as policy is completly different. The person from the sales make some fake commitements to me regarding the policy.
1. While selling the policy, It was told to me that TATA-AIG has the contract with General Motors (Chevrolet) So I can get the cash less facility at any GM showroom. Where as in the policy TATA-AIG does not have such contract with GM as per TATA-AIG customer care.
2. While selling the policy, A service book would be providded to me. Accroding to the commitment by using the book I can get some discounts on Auto parts and in servicing of car in any GM showroom. Where as in booklet no GM showroom is mentioned. The showroom mentioned are only for Maruti and Hundyi.
I have contected to the customer care for the process of cancellation of the policy, for that also I have not get any satisfactory answer. Please guide me how to cancel the current policy.
