[Resolved]  Tata Capital — EMI is not deducting

Address: Rangareddy, Andhra Pradesh

My carloan need to be deducted an EMI on everymonth 9 date but, January 2011 they did not deducted yet and they told us that no errors in my loanhence need not to worry. Please Tell us how can I escalate this to make them aware. As I called local Tata capital manage, complained to their e-mail '[protected]@tatacapital.com' and also to their toll free number. Simply they were not deducting and not telling the reason. Please help in this regards

I have taken Loan on Secunderabad branch and my loan number is [protected]

Finally They collected DD from me for EMI and told that this is their side unknown technical problem.

Ok Now happy with this month payment we have to see next month.
