Tata Capital — personal loan application id - 240542334027

I had applied for a personal loan on 14th May and was promised by the customer executive that it will be disbursed in 24hrs after approval, but I see the status is in post approval data entry from the past 6 days. I call multiple times to customer care executive, and they said highlighted you concern but no use and asked me to wait for 7 days. Tata Capital — Loan approval process delay

I was informed by the executive that it will take 72 hours for loan approval and disbursement
However there is no update only I am able to see status as post approval data entry
