I have complained in this forum with link "www.consumercomplaints.in/complaints/tata-capital-c510530.html " Since they did not deduct EMI when I call them or mail them they did not replied with correct answer. They always tell tehy will come back. As I paid my EMI on 21 January through DD, I have put a comment and I left. Today Tata capital persons called me ans says that they were putting ECS bouncing charges Rs400. When I enquire bank which is having my acount they told that they did not rejected any ECS also they confirmed that it they deduct ECS they will charge Rs100 As ECS bouncing charges. In my case they did not deducted Rs100 also. But tata people is telling that my ECS is bounced and reason is miscellanous. they didn't give any information regarding this even after my email request.
Could you please help us in this regards How can I check and confirm that ECS is bounces and if not How can I take this issue to TATA capital.
