Not received Payment
Sir,
I am here to complaint about the irresponsible, negligent behavior of people inside Tata capitals ltd.
I have booked a car (Chevy BEAT)in ARAS motors Madurai On 4-2-2010. The motor company arranged finance for us Through Tata capital ,we have produced initially all necessary documents asked by the TCL executive and they have agreed to finance us and said there was absolute no problem regarding the documents . Being a central Govt employee I gave my 3 pay slips, 6months bank balance particulars, 11 bank cheques, 2years IT copies and a four lakh worth property deed and every details asked by Tata capital and after two days they said all verification is done and we will hand over the cheque as soon as the ordered car arrive and ECS was also cleared from my state bank account to TCL. On 8-3-2010 the car arrived and since that day we are waiting for the cheque ,asking the personals of TCL they said we will give the cheque please wait everything is done we also are waiting for cheque to be arrived from Mumbai office and at that time we were pressurized from ARAS motors to take back our booked car we just blindly said that cheque is arriving seeing all the progression made by the executive but at the last moment the Branch manager Mr.Nirmal Sebastin did not pass on the cheque for this we approached him through phone and asked him what happened but without knowing that he is talking to a customer He vaguely asked for a letter from my Railway Dept stating my salary account to be credited directly to the bank we use(this is just a plain request letter from my side to my superior Officer There is no proper official procedure in railways for this kind of personal request from an employee)
I explained this to Mr.Nirmal that this cannot be a formal letter just I can get from my superior officer .Is that so important for TCL to release my cheque ? I asked , He said that even a simple letter from your clerk is enough for me to release the cheque (by this he misguided me) to get the letter unofficially and just for formality sake knowing that this is lawfully incorrect I somehow spoke to my railway authorities and made an official request via proper channel and I agreed to get that letter ,then I asked Mr.Nirmal why didn’t you asked me initially during the process time itself but he just gave me lame excuses.
In the meantime from ARAS motors they intimated that they are going to increase the car price according to the budget from next day Knowing this Mr.Nirmal lethargically answered that I have to pay the extra amount Not knowing that TCL is responsible for the delayed delivery of payment only I am pushed to pay the extra amount ,finally he agreed that if I produced the letter from my office I will get the cheque by Monday[protected]and all the process will be finished and the car will be delivered on Monday itself . But I produced the copy of the letter from railways to TCL on Friday[protected] itself directly to the executive Mr.Sajith in my railways office itself . The same was given by Sajith in the TCL office. At about 8pm on the same day two persons came to my home for a verification and finally promised us to deliver the car on Monday. But today(monday) there is still no proper response from the TCL ltd concerning the issue I called the manager but without any liability and understanding my need of the hour he answered that it will take time for me to just to enquire about our issue .Now we as a family are feeling embarrassed to even contact the ARAS motor people we are pushed to the situation of just cancelling the plan of buying the car in anyways. If the documents are not right Mr.Nirmal would have told us in the beginning itself so we would have gone to some other better car finance company who needed no extra documents like this silly letter and all and buy now we would have been driving Our car. But now all are documents are with TCL my agreement, cheques, ECS all mentioned above.
Still I don’t have any proper answer from the branch manager for our loan release .We regret approaching TCL finally because of people like this who are reckless now we have a very bad reputation towards TCL services.
Manager Mr.Nirmal is not having any concern about customers need and there is no proper reply for our problem from TCl ltd so far . Even though I booked the car before budget now I have to pay an extra amount to buy that car this is because of finance Ltd we are now ashamed our car is there in garage standing for one week and I disturbed a lot about this issue
I believe that this mail will follow a proper responsive action from the management of TCl . And this issue has to be investigated deeply so that innocent peoples like us will have a good benefit and Good opinion about your company.
