[Resolved]  Tata Credit Card — PENALTY CHARGED IN SPITE OF RETURNING THE CARD BACK

I HAVE PAID ALL THE DUES ON MY ABOVE CARD LONG BACK TO THE PERSON AUTHORISED BY YOU. I HAVE GIVEN MY CORRECT EMAIL ID AND CORRECT POSTAL PIN NUMBER TO SAID AUTHORISED PERSON BUT IT APPEARS THAT YOU HAVE NOT GIVEN EFFECT TO THE SAME IN YOUR RECORD. MY EMAIL ID IS [protected]@gmail.com and not [protected]@gmail.com. i am not receiving your bills by post or email. please stop adding penalties or interest on my account as i have paid fully whatever was legally payable by me. please do the needful..
