i bought a tata docomo sim in secunderabad from a nearest dealer and submittted all the proof while buying...it was activated and i topped up the same with a booster pack also...then in next two days i went to bangalore..there also it was working for only two days...then i got a call from customer care saying am not the owner of the card and the card is in thename of somebody else a male...then she said i hv to resubmit docs again to get it activated...after returning to hyd ..i went to the shop and submitted proof again..he said another two days time it wl work...i went again ..he said we have to resubmit docs pls give me proof again..i gave...till date it is not working...no outgoing...incoming only from network junk messages...i topped up for another rs.10/- which gave me rs.6/= talk time to check if it is working...i wasted my money..shop keeper says throw this and buy a new sim...what the heck?

docomo/prepaid — sim card problem
Sir,i am docomo prepaid customer since 2009, in my area it has poor network. So i use another operator most of the time. Yesterday i put the docomo sim to my phone and it shows sim card registration failed. So i remove the card and re insert. This time mobile will not boot at all. I checked the sim with 4 other phones and the result is same. As i call to thier customer care from another number, they said to me to take a duplicate sim and it cost rs 75, now the mnp cost is 19rs only. But due to the problem of sim i cant port it. Is there any way to port it? Or is it right to charge 75rs for duplicate sim? I know other people facing the same problem. Their quality of sim is low and they force us to take duplicate simSir,

Tata Docomo — NO NEW SIM DELIVERY
([protected]) TATA DOCOMO, the Worst Service Ever i Can Challenge and say with Proof, A call came giving me a postpaid offer, i (MdShkArif) accepted, and took my Adhar card xerox and photo and disconnected my service the same day, since September 1, 2011 since then it has been 27 days and still TeamLeader SriNivas promised me sending the new sim with postpaid connection 26 days ago, and not yet delivered, and i visited Tata Docomo's Branch at Panjagutta and they said sending it till 6 o'clock, but that time has never came, i made nearly 50 calls asking please activate my prepaid or send me new sim with postpaid connection whatsoever as it is my family's primary number. God Really Knows What the Hell these guys are doing as a Corporate Telecommunication Company, Claiming Big Deals, Have God's fear, ShameOnYouGuys. To,

Hi, My Name is Dipesh and i went so many time to Tata Docomo Gallery at Dadar [Near Plaza Cinema] for Mobile Portability But Everytime Gallery Person says they Don't hv prepaid Sim Card. Do the Portability from Local Retailer. If they are authorised to do the same then why they are sending us to Retailer. I hve Airtel Prepaid Sim Card which I hv to convert to Docomo Prepaid Card.
