[Resolved] Tata SBI Card — CHEAT

I applied for SBI CREDIT CARD, but the representatives are for TATA SBI CARD, i asked them that i want to Get only pure SBI CARD not SBI TaTa CARD, they said ok they will process for SBI card only and took the documents. The name of person is Rahul (Pune) and his number is [protected]. On call verification also i confirmed from the call center person that is this SBI card only or TATA SBI, they confirmed that it is pure SBI CREDIT CARD. BUt when the CARD is delivered to me, it was TATA SBI CARD. Now i am breaking that CARD and throwing it away. It was pure a waste of their resources and also my time. I, Mr. Gaurav Bhargava would like to inform you that i am using Add-on credit card of Tata which is issued to Mr. Amit Chaudhary. He has not used Tata Credit card on 13th-September-2011, But it was used by someone but not from my end on 13th-September-2011 at 11:54 am. And, we got to know about this from incoming message on my mobile number [protected] and the debited amount was Rs. 5, 990. Also, I have informed about the same to Customer Care on 13th-September-2011 at 12:15 pm.

I would request you to kindly investigate on this matter seriously and check-out the person who have used my Add-on Credit card of Tata on 13th-September-2011 and swapped the transaction of Rs. 5, 990 as I am not going to pay for this transaction including interest.
