[Resolved]  Tata Sky — booked as delivered without any delivering

I have subscribed for TATASKY last week and paid the money through credit card. they said it will be delivered within 4 days. but i have not received it even on sixth day. when i called the customer care they said its been delivered.

i was shocked and shouted at them. then i threatend them i will go to consumer forum, even then they wer not able to give me proper answer and they are not able to find out wat is the mistake. finally they asked two days time to track the equpiment.

Tata sky is a brand name but the services are very poor and lack of commitment, my request to prospective new customers to be extra careful before subscribing to Tata sky. Customers are cared and the top management are only interested to add new subscribers. donot fall into the trap
