[Resolved]  Telebrand — Diffect in the product and there is no money back or replacement for the product

I bought a product named AIR 0 Space 5 in 1 sofa Bed 1 (Order No M852722, Invoice No V[protected]
And there was big defect in the product that AIR was leaking heavily that I was able to hear the AIR leaking sound. And I sent the product back to Telebrand asking for the replacement for the product by spending
Rs 315 postal charge. But Telebrand (The customer care person whom I contacted for this is Nancy) sent back the same product with more defects (Now the AIR leaks more than earlier), now Telebrand is asking me to send the product back again to analyze further. This Time, I am not willing to send the product back again as there is no guarantee that I will get the proper product from them and also My money and time is involved in this. I am looking for the compensation for my expenses, time and mental suffering or the proper product without sending the defected product back to the Telebrand.

i have purchase a 5 in 1 sofa bed under order no 1850407 but i have got a defected product from your firm. now i returned the same to your office for return of my payment otherwise i will go to consmer court.

i have order air press massager on 5th may payment is done by credit card on same date. till date i have not received my product in working condition, i have call thousand of time at call center and also done mails till date there is no reply form telebrand for my problem, also they have denied to refund of money.
