And there was big defect in the product that AIR was leaking heavily that I was able to hear the AIR leaking sound. And I sent the product back to Telebrand asking for the replacement for the product by spending
Rs 315 postal charge. But Telebrand (The customer care person whom I contacted for this is Nancy) sent back the same product with more defects (Now the AIR leaks more than earlier), now Telebrand is asking me to send the product back again to analyze further. This Time, I am not willing to send the product back again as there is no guarantee that I will get the proper product from them and also My money and time is involved in this.
