I ordered nicer dicer but when i saw the add they are giving a nicer dicer original free but when i got the parcel of my nicer dicer and didnt see any nicer dicer original in that... They just gave me another product as free which is no use and other information they just provide me is that you are our lucky customer and we are giving u a product worth rs2000 in just 799 but they give me a wrong product to in thats which cost only rs1000......

I have received Air-sofa bed on 22/09/2011 and there is leakage problem in that. I have called the person who used to call me sale of sofa bed every day. After hearing my complaint, he is not receiving my calls. I called him almost every day 3-4 times, but he never receives my calls and switch-off his phone when i call him immediately.

The sofa is in one year warranty. I want the replacement of the same. please help me where...

My order # 1728959. I received the package on 15th Dec 2009. After checking the product I found its was defective (hole on the product and when you fill the air the design gather up and appears a ugly shape )….. When I called the CS and informed, the CSR informed me that they check the product before shipping and informed to return it paying the shipping charges and yet to resolve the problem.

And there was big defect in the product that AIR was leaking heavily that I was able to hear the AIR leaking sound. And I sent the product back to Telebrand asking for the replacement for the product by spending
Rs 315 postal charge. But Telebrand (The customer care person whom I contacted for this is Nancy) sent back the same product...

persons pickup phone for order are not fit to handle the costumer at 12 pm.
threaten that u are not fit for the order and tell democratized language to the costomers.
