[Resolved]  Telebrand — Product not received though money has paid

Sir/ Madam
I'm suffering like nothing since the day I bought the telebrand product.
I have seen their advertisement on a famous T.V channel (Sony) I ordered for the product name Rebo hair styler ( order no 1567992)
The day they have taken my order ( in the ph no [protected]) they have offered me, if I pay through my credit card I will get a discount worh Rs. 200 or more, I have given them my credit card no and they have confirmed max to max I will get the product by 10-12 days.
I have confirmed from the credit card department (HDFC) that they have debited my account by Rs.2094/-just after 2 days of the order taken( which was the price of the product).
Today is 21 st october, I have ordered the product 18 days before, still every daye I have to call them to get the exact details, there is no particular person I can talk with or express my greivence, even they h laest bothered to take a complain from me so that I can follow up with that complain no, even some times they behaved very rudely with me, today morning a lady given me a postal delivery no[protected] and asked me to go and find out in my all nearest post office weather my product has come?
As per their information they have couriered it on 11th of october, but still not yet come.
I'm finding it more difficult day by day, they misleaded, mis comited and also misbehaved with me.They have taken my money but not yet delivered the product.
There fore my earnest request to you kindly find out a way to come out from this entanglement
and save me from their hand.
