[Resolved]  Telebrands India — DEFECT IN 5 IN 1 SOFA

Dear sir,
I have purchased Air u space 5 in 1 air sofa bed on dtd.28/09/2009 through phone([protected]-contact person -seema madam)).I have received the same item on dtd.03/10/2009, when i insert the air found leakage on top of the portion.
hence, pl. arrange to replace the same as earliest possible or refund the amount, i have already paid all the amount to postman.
Your prompt action regarding this matter shall be highly appreciable.

I have the same issue that mr.PARESHKUMAR PATEL had.
I called every week from last two to three months to their customer relative executives and every time i get same reply. Every time they said your product has been dispatched and you'll get the delivery in two days. But now I'm not going to tolerate this. If I get a support from all you guys then I would like to fight with them. As they are making fool to us.

I have also purchases a 5 in 1 sofa set, i got a leakage one the side stands, I have send the sofa for the replacement but since 50 days has gone, still not able to get the replaced sofa set.
