Dear Sir,
Since 13 March 2012, our landline no (+[protected] telephone is dead.
My father Mr. S.G.Marathe has registered the complaint with BSNL .
BSNL's Online portal for Public Grievances hangs out and hence cannot register online complaint.
I am unreachable to my parents from Germany as our telephone is dead.
It is a kind request to telephone department to take immediate action to restore our telephone line.
I am upset with BAD service of BSNL for completely ignoring my requests through email dated 16 March and 02 April,2012.
