I had ordered for a Dermaseta Spa on 24th May, 2011. After repeated phone calls and emails they finally delivered the product on 25th June, 2011. But on opening the package I found the unit not getting switched on even after adequate charging.
The Customer Care asked me to ship back the defective unit to their warehouse and it was delivered to them on 4th July, 2011. Since then I have sent several mails and made calls everyday but every time it was told that a replacement has been shipped but they are unable to provide the Tracking number.
I have spent Rs. 4500 on the product and further Rs. 150 to send it back to the warehouse.
