[Resolved]  Televantage — Refund

My name is Nitu Singh I had purchased a product from televantage few months ago.
I tried the product but it did not work for me,, So I called Televantage Customer Care many times to ask for a solution or replacement of that product.
But I did not receive a proper response from them , i was only denied and ignored about my request.
Now i do not want to request them any more. I just need my money back or any other product from televantage as a replacement.

Product Details are as follows :-
Customer Name - Abhishek Singh
Product Name - Dermaseta Deluxe
Order No - 1041223
Product cost - 3490

Problem with the Product is - It is not removing hair in any case.
