policy No - 110900/34/08/11/0005194 Name - Mrs Sadhana Nimbalkar Dear sir This is with regards to my claim settlement for above mention policy number which has not been settled from past 6 months even after submitting necessary documents on 17th july & 10th Sep 2009 respectively. As per the claim settlement rules all necessary formalities has been done but still no claim along with delayed interest , is settle till date, need to know for the same. Please refer my claim Number[protected], (Policy no.[protected]) I have not received my claim. Also for your kind information I have received one letted from your side at my address 2/314, Vinamrakhanda, Gomti Nagar Lucknow, that the claim was withdrawn "Due to non-complaince".
So I would like to ask how it was decided "Non-complance" ?
