[Resolved]  The New India Assurance Co. Ltd. / Maruti 800 — Claim not received above 1 year

My new Maruti 800 got accedented badly on Dt. 22nd April, 2008 I have declared my car in total lost and submitted request for claim with insurance company The New India Assurance Co. Ltd. but still they have not given me my claim and also not giving any satisfactory reply to me when they will give me claim. Now we are not getting my car and also not getting my claim amount to purchase new car. e are facinf problem since 15h months.
