[Resolved]  The New India Assurance Co. Ltd. — CLAIM DELAY & REFUSING

Dear Sir/Mam, my policy No. of my car wagon-r up34j 9093 is[protected]. This policy is taken by the “THE NEW INDIA ASSURANCE CO.LTD.”. My car gets accident on 11 july 2011.
The reason of my complaint is that up to now we gets no claim. company said it is the matter of total loss, but upto now we gets nothing & the whole of my family is in hospital for 5 months. Upto now 7to 8 lakhr rupees has been spent in medicine. All documents related to insurance & medical are send to new india insurance company with the photographs of accident.
This is 3rd time when i complain you. but upto now nothing action has been taken.
