[Resolved]  The New India Assurance Company — not received mediclaim cashless card

dear sir,
i have applied on march 2009 for a mediclim polcy at the new india assurance company at belapur branch in the name of navaz b.antroliwalla bearing policy no 140800/34/08/11/00001134 till date i have not received the mediclaim card which should be delivered to me with in 3months as officially.
i have nade several enquiry about the same at belapur, navi mumbai branch but all in vain and there was no proper reaply from the department i request you to please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest and oblige.
