Reminder 15.3.2012, sk.[protected]@newindia.co.in Azzadpu, 20.3.2012, mail to deepak.[protected]@newindia.co.in no reply any thing.

I am appending herewith copy of letter received from M/s E-Meditek. They have repudiated my claim on the ground that my papers reached them late.
I wish to inform you that I had submitted the documents in time in your office.
I, therefore, request you to advise the TPA to condone the delay and settle the claim.

The New India Assurance Company Ltd — Medi-claim

We submitted our claim on 16.11.07.
Till date neither received the claim amount nor reason for the delay / rejection.

My goodhealth policy ref no.3515/1114/GHMAR08 dated 29/12/08 w.r.t.this letter i wanted to renew the policy directly with changes .kindlylet me know the proce.kindly suggest me near by branch for premium payment.thanking you. previous premium mode of payment was through citibank card.
