Hello
I applied for Passport renewal thro Tirunelveli district collector office, however becuase of the previous my pp being issued from foreign the staff did not accept at first. Then after long negotiation he sent to Madurai. Madurai PP office (Josh Mathew) understand our case and asked us to come in person(for what reason is not clear) but he did not turn to the office suddenly, after a two days waiting we could not see him and he did not attend any calls. Nothing matured finally he said please apply in foreign country. So irresponsible elite officer are in the high ranking post may be anticipated bribes but guessed not going to get and so switched off. How to dela with these irresponsible officers?
