Tirunelveli District Collector Office — water logged in my street

In my street roads are flooded by heavy rain.
The roads are waterlogged on my route have accumulated rain water and it is raining heavily. I really don't think it is safe to risk driving over a low-lying area where there is water over the road. My vehicle get stuck miserably in the mud. I cancelled to go my relative marriage from manur (Tirunelveli) to madurai due to this situation. Rain for one day only but stored more water. No roads in my street. I attached the video that taken today. Please take immediate action and find the temporary solution during winter season.
