Hello,
I have been contacted by Today Travel Solution dated 15 July and they made so many commitment for selling their product.
After long discussion and taken discussion on email - I bought their product and after which there is no communication from Today Travels.
Now after waiting long when i have asked them to give me assured gift, which they have promised during sale of their product, these people are clearly denying and saying that sales team does this kind of commitment but we are not responsible (Please see email below) and neither they are returning my money nor they are iving the things which they have commited -

I have purchased this "Promotional package" of Todaytravelsolutions for amount INR 9999.00 and have opted for Dell Laptop (Black color) for which I have to provide you only 20 reference contacts with mobile number, however the gift (Dell laptop) is not bounded for the 20 contacts if they opt or not - any, and also there is no other hidden charges, along with the terms and condition mentioned by you in below email.
Please find 20 person contacts as an attachment in text file and please treat them with care as they are my near and dear one.

Now these people are not taking this seriously and saying that you have to get atleast your 5 contacts converted and in that when I am saying that return my money - these people are not ready for that.
First thing - They have made false commitment.
Second - Rude behaviour and not returning amount also.
Consumer Forum Team - Please take serious action against them.
