Dear Sir/ Madam ,

This is to bring to your kind notice that I have been cheated by the company name “Today Travel solutions “ for amount 9999/-. I want to register a complaint against them

On 28th July 2013 I received a call from a person name Dev Sharma on behalf of the said company for the offer of 4 nights / 5 days in any city within India and abroad for the amt 9999/- . I received several calls from the same person & he assured me that this is valid and genuine offer for 4 family members in 3 star – 5 Star hotels for our chosen location. Also offered Samsung Galaxy Smart Phone as that was a promotional call . He assured me that this is genuine company & offer given to me is the best offer they have.

I made payment through my HDFC credit card on the same day and same was confirmed by Dev Sharma over the phone for payment acceptance .I also received a confirmation email from company. Also it was clearly mentioned in the email that I will receive copy of package within 48 hours to my postal address & verbally committed Samsung Galaxy along with it but till date no Hard copy or gift received.

I have made several phone calls for follow-ups after that day but most of the time office land line number(+[protected] was switched off or unanswerable . I tried calling Dev Sharma but most of time no one answered it & when I tried it from another number then someone else attended the phone
calls & gave different excuses every time .

One of my friends suggested me to check for reviews of the company .I checked for reviews on Internet & came to know that this fraudulent company already committed such frauds with several other people around the country with different offers .

I request you to please help me with the refund of my amount & take strict action against them as there phone no's mentioned above are still functional.
