[Resolved]  Traffic Police officer — complaint against mumbai traffic police officer

Respected Sir,

This is to inform you that I Mr. Deepak Kumar R Saroj on date 07/04/2010 at 8.00 pm in evening was passing through Santacruz Poddar Signal, the situation was like, I was on the left hand side of the road where there is skywalk work is going on, so I was driving slow & I passed the signal when it was green and two other vehical i.e. one bike & one car was behind my bike as they were on the right hand side of the road so they cross the signal before me though they were behind my bike & as I was on the left side on the road were the construction work is going on . when my bike reach at the middle of the signal crossing it turned red and immediately the traffic police standing there stoped me and asked for the licence as an sincere citizen I handed over the licence to the traffic police and I told him the above situation but he was not at all listening to my word and made the challan. I plead him a lot but he was not ready to listen any thing.

It was ridiculous, that I was charged for the offence which was not at all done.

Now I have challaned my vehicle now, but i want justice that "I cross green light" not red light.

So, I request you sir to take a serious action against the traffic Police who are misusing their position.
