20/03/2014 i am a college student i driving about Triples but traffic police are collect 300 Rs fine amount (Trippling. Rs. 100/- 128/177 MVA) i asking a question "why are you sir collecting 300 Rs fine amount, traffic police say its as per member 100 Rs(3*100) and i finally pay this amount (i dont Know that traffic rules)
he not declared 300 Rs on fine payment slip

please take necessary action to traffic police officer

NOTE :Trippling. Rs. 100/- 128/177 MVA
i attached photo proof and, i have eye witnesses so please take action to him
