travelport — Reliance Cashback Voucher

Dear Sir/Madam,

I made a purchase of Samsung Corby Mobile from Reliance Store (Noida) in September.

They have offered me a cash back voucher of Rs 500/- which I need to send to RewardPort and they are going to send the cheque to me.

I have send the Voucher No 3017311 through DTDC courier on 25th August which they received on 27th August. The tracking number for the same is Z20050313.

In the voucher it was mentioned that you are going to received the cheque within 30 days of receving the voucher.

I have even got a mail from there executive dikshita.[protected]@travelport.in that your cheque is under process and you will receive it shortly. The mail was received on 1st Oct.

But till now I have not received any cheque and no communication from there side.

I think they are just making fools to customer.

Can you please check and update me the status regarding the same.
