travelport — Offer was not given by given date.

Offer was given from acer once i bought laptop in november 2015. The offer was 2n/3d holiday package through travel port. It was mentioned that the offer was till 31st may 2016. I repeatedly contacted the officials of travel port and acer to book the hotels by 31st may but no one responded.

Later when i told them that i would complain consumer court, they give me offer to book hotel in gangtok only in the month of august. I requested them to extend the offer for 3 months because i am not getting booking confirmation in trains for such a short notice period. If someone will tell to book the tickets for such a short period of time, it is really very difficult to get the confirmation in ticket. They denied my request and when i asked for cash refund, they are also not providing it.
I am not getting the offer that i am bound to get.
