Problem in TVS tyre

I have apache RTR 180cc bike & have tvs tubeless tyres on it.
My bike & tyres are 6 months old only But i am facing a problem in tyres.
My bike's tyre problem:
Yesterday riding my bike, my bike suddenly started loosing air from tyre. I reached to local repairer and he checked tyre. There was some problem in valve so i changed that but Because of gap in tyre n rim i am not able to fill air in tyre. Dealer...

DEAR ALL, i sugess my friends to buy tvs apache bike and i also bought before 2 to 3 yesrs ago u company making big big promises like tvs bikes are zero mentainance bike and all, first a fall tvs apaches spair parts r not available in hole mumbai matket(not easily available) whenever we go to tvs service center they un-necessery charge a huge amt ( i have orginal bill copy also) they alway force to change those parts which can not be easily spoil (E.G. mac- wheels, u r service superviser & machinical told me to change mac-wheel coz mac-wheels was wheel-out / (i change wheels within 7 to 8 months from date of purchasing)
and lots of cases i have to disscus/// can u provide me any e-mail id so i can send u scan copy of my bills for veryfy!!! this case is realited at bandra service center at MUMBAI / my bike no MH-02-6980 /

    Hi, My name in Harika i purchased a scooty pep for second hand it is 2008, And it stoped in middle of the road when i called TVS service center them came to the place i was and they did not help me in anything and did not start the vechicle but they had charged Rs 200 for services. I took it showroom and made all the changes needed which cost me 3200. I was given a new battery of Vroom and it was in the month of Feb 2010 I had this services. In one month the vechicle had problem with Self start and then i took it the service station and they checked everything and it was working after they had charged, In next month when i was traveling the Belt of the vechicle got damaged, i went to service center in Masab tank and got the New belt from then but dont if they gave me smaller belt it cannot go more on than 30 kms as it starts the sound of the belt as some one is trying to hang her. And today again it stopped working I am so pizzed of that i thought i would not ever take any more vechicle from TVS. i want someone to help me that i can sue the company for all this inconvience, My contact no is [protected],

      Run shine motors hanumanthanagar is the worst service center in bangalore. They dont know how to service bike.they can not fix even a miner problem of apache .they dont know how to reset the service indicator. Best example is to fix vibration problem they give paper packing ! If we ask they tell TVS Company only say that ! Basic thing like tightning screws also they dont do. IF YOU LOVE YOUR BIKE PLEASE DONT GIVE YOUR BIKE TO THIS SERVICE CENTER. They only charge like authorised retice center.

      TVS TRI Star service center near to Damloor is also the worst service center in bangalore. They dont know how to service bike.they can not fix even a miner problem of apache and for a tighting the break bolt they used to charge Rs.60 to 80(depneds on ur bike condition..) and they wont even tight the bolt also what they charged for... if you complain they give excuses and say in the next servicing they will do.
      Sunshine motors, Hanumanth Nagar sucks. I gave them my bike TVS Apache 150 for service, when i received it the sound of the engine had increased with a certaing shallow low pitch clicks coming from the engine rather than the original sound. A week later i observed the combustion housing or the cooling fins over of the engine (whatever its technical name is, hope you get the point) drenched in oil. They cannot tighten a chain cover bolt properly, its gone. I was charged 3k for the repairs including a battery, bike has gone worse than before.
      The old guy just does sweet talk and no service at all. Highly disappointed. But then, which service center does good service? I was pretty satisfied with Castrol bike zone but it's now closed. TVS original service centre from where i got my bike is damn bad. Where should i go?

        I purchased my scooty streak red on 15th feb 2010 from dealer ZEN Motors,Bangalore,for the 1st month it was doing good but once the mansoon started trouble also started with scooty.If it gets drenched in rain not able to start the scooty it runs for 100-200 meters and stops and after that whatever method u try self start or kick start scooty won't move a inch.Went to service centre ZEN Motors,Bangalore they kept the vehicle for couple of days and gave back saying that problem got fixed but now I am not able to start the vehicle even if it does not get drenched in the rain.

        I also have same problem with Scooty streak. I have purchsed it on 22 / 04/ 2010 from PAVA, Nasik road, Nasik. and from last 3/4 months it has starting problem. It is not getting start by kick or by button start. I have shown it to service station but still having same problem after that. Also not having good responce from Service station.It is not really satisfactory.
        I also face the same issue of starting with my tvs streak. I bought it in April 2010 from Kuber Motor in Bangalore. First 2-3 months It was not giving any problem but later it made life hell. 50% of the times I am not able to start it with autostart. Sometimes I am not able to start it at all. When complained to dealer their response is very bad. They kept the it for 2 days. they hardly did anything to resolve it. NEVER BUY TVS STREAK.
        similar to sammy27's problem started recently after having vehicle for close to 1 year now,

        the vehicle doesn't have chok, my understanding was carborator has some water or the petrol tank cover there is a leakage from where the water is going.. these are all my guesses i will be showing it to service station today.. hope they should be able to find the problem.

        But this problem took away my precious morning yoga session about which i felt bad... and i am not going to think twice before recommending TVS streak to my friends... which i used to do otherwise.

          Nature of complaint:Failure of rear break
          Left the vehicle to showroom for above mentioned repairs on 12.12.08. I am yet to get the vehicle back after repairs. Also there is no reply from the show room about likely date of vehicle's delivery after the repairs.

            DEAR SIR,

            I mr Sagar Mahabal had booked Scooty pep+ Red Colouer, on 3rd July,2010. The vehicle was to be delivered within a week. Whenever we followed up with the dealer - Zen Motors (127/10, Bull temple road, Kempegowda nagar, Bangalore, ph[protected] , excuses were like batteries not available, sometimes vehicle not supplied by the co., now they are saying that Red colour is not available, So we changed it to Purple Colour which was to be delivered on 28th July, but still no communication from the dealer side.

            Now whether we shouln't trust on Company or Dealer, don't know.

            dear sir,
            myself have booked a Appache motor bike with KARPAGAMOORTHY TVS, KARAIKUDI,SIVAGANGAI Dist.
            on feb 16 2008 against full payment for black colour.
            untill now i have not delivered the vehicle,what iam getting the feed back from your respectful dealer is that you TVS MOTOR is not prompt in their bookings,thats the reason for scarcity and they are helpless,or go for an other company which you get the same CC power ,like HERE HONDA ,BAJAJ.

              TVS Bikes and its services centers are there only to make money. They never bother about the customers and their problems.

              I bought a bike called Centra in 2005 which is not available in the market now and no spare parts available even with the TVS Service center itself. I have given my bike to Service to GoodWill TVS, which has goodwill only in its name and not for their service or even by concept.

              When I planned to buy a bike, the consultant advised to go for Splendor, I still wanted to go to mileage advantage of TVS. Now the beauty is the Splendor's resale value goes to Rs.20000+ where as TVS is reluctant to take its own bike for Rs.10000+ after servicing my bike for Rs.4000/-.

              They are just beginners in the business. None of their products stand in the market for more than 3 years. All their products are failure except TVS 50, bcoz it is not having any alternative model in the same class.

              You can list the models of the TVS which are outdated within 5 years

              Outdated models of TVS
              Victor (sold bcoz Sachin Tendular's adverisement not for its ability)
              Centra (Sold as 100+ KM bike. Now people who own are spending 1000s of rupees to do service for it(I myself one of them))
              Flame(Only few people knows about it!. There was a bike called Flame sold for 5000 Rupees)
              Star(Sold bcoz of Famous Cini Actors not for its ability)
              TVS Auto(Could not be seen on the roads, Vanished at the same speed them came in) that is With in one year it is out of market!

              I might have missed almost same number of products which are listed above.

              A kind advise, Please do not buy TVS Products.

              TVS can say I am a competitors man.

              If you still want to buy a TVS product, than you are the most intelligent person of the world!

              I hope you have not go the proper service at the right time may be that's the reason, You are little tensed.
              Its regrettable.

              On south indian roads the launched product TVS Auto is standing to be like its name- TVS KING

              Pls see to it, not to tell that it went vanished, Production at the plant site in hosur has been ramped to 4000 units/ month and have acquired around 15% of market share in 3 wheeler so far

                  I have taken my Apache RTR 160 bike for routine service on dated 19/07/2010 at Darshana Automobiles Alwar which is authorized show room and service center at Alwar, I told my problem to the floor manager Mr Arun Kumar that I need to carry out routine service of my bike and also that the there is a little problem in self start of my Bike during morning time, it take slightly long time to get self start which need to be checked. On dated 20 July 2010 when I went there to take my bike back after service, I was shocked to see that the self start of my bike is not working at all when I Inquired about the same from the mechanic and floor manager Mr arun Kumar he told me that some part of the self has been damaged and the self can not be repair and I need to buy new self starting device which is costing 4000 Rs. I asked them that when I handed over the bike for servicing the self was absolutely fine, it was just taking extra second to start while taking bike for servicing the mechanic has also checked that self is working and he told me that he will check in case of any problem as it does not seems to be a big problem, but suddenly I have been told that my self is completely out of action and the only remedy is that I need to Buy new self. Iam more then 100 % sure that the self of my bike was damaged by the mechanic while carrying out the repair of my bike and instead of taking ownership of damage they are unnecessarily penalizing me for Rs 4000 and forcing me to buy new self which is absolutely unjustified. Hence it is humbly requested that the Darshana Automobile should replace new self device in my Bike which they have damaged while carrying out routine service of my Bike.

                    I have purchased a TVS starcity 110 CC motor bike on 13.08.2009 from their haryana dealer named Chaudhary motors @ Rs. 44,720.00.

                    I have also complaint to TVS motor customer no. [protected] dated 15.07.2010.The customer care staff told me that will get you a call with in five days. But unfortunately I won't received any call from there.

                    The problems are in my bike is :
                    1. Missfire.
                    2. Before 6 months engine dead.
                    3. Not getting pick-up.
                    4. Battery dead & etc...........

                    The total running mileage is 21,000/- only.

                    I would like to replace my bike immediately. Please confirm?

                        dear sir / madam on August 12 8008 i had purchase TVS scooty teens electric nd the dealer promised that he had full service of scooty at his service center, my sccoty's battery was was not giving me backup so i had gone to the service center on 29 april 2010 but my scooty is not getting repaired since that day and it is lying on the service center no body is giving me right answer to me nor service center nor costumer care of the TVS motors thus; I kindly Request u to do something on this matter

                          This is with ref. to a TVS Scooty Pep+ purchased thru your Dealer Lotus TVS at Erode .The vehicle has gone thru 3 free services as per manual and have done 1 paid service. The details of the service done with date & KM is given below


                          Registration no. TN 33 AP 7369

                          1st Service - 29/10/2009 - 429 Kms
                          2nd Service - 29/12/[protected] Kms
                          3rd Service - 05/04/[protected] Kms
                          4th Service - 03/07/[protected] Kms

                          After the 1st Service, I found that there was a sound eminating from the engine. I drove the vehicle for same time but he sound would it go. In the 2nd / 3rd free service and in the paid service I have been strezing and making sure to voice complaint but to no avail. The manager & the supervisor at Lotus TVS Service are not even bothering to listen to the problem.

                          It is due to this indifferent attitude of your dealer Lotus TVS service that I have lost faith in Brand TVS.

                          It is my sincere request to you, to look with this issue & resolve the same and ensuring that I regain my confidence in Brand TVS.

                            my engine problem is there i have apache rtr160.i given a complaint to the tvs motor on 2maonths over i service my bike in ashiwini motors i have a bill. i have pay a 10000
                            they changed the disk of rear.now the break of rear is not working .i shown to other service centre they tell me the service centre has changed that part.ye wheel cylinder jaldi kharab nahi hota.and gear is not working they tell me that engine problem is there but i am in warranty so pls help me..so pls sir help me .my name is siddarth rajendra kale

                              Sir, I have purchage tvs flame motorcycle on 11th Oct 2009,from Aparajita tvs motor Raigarh, Chattisgarh. From very begining handle sound and milage problem start . But they fails to achive the milestone. Since last nine month I have gone several times and wrote letter to Aparajita tvs, Tvs Area engineer and TVS Area manager regarding the problem. But everytime assured to rectify the problem but unable to slove it.
                              Due to unavailable of spare parts for month long the motorocyle is shutdown.
                              I wrote letter on19th Jan after that tvs engineer sidharth walde came to short out the problem which take three day in workshop, but achivement is zero. In the last five months i have visited several time to workshop but due to spare parts and due to unvailabity of engineers problem lingering.

                              On 9th july the tvs engineers Navin sing came and check the bike . Then i give him a letter to change my bike. He told me that they will only repaire which take 10 to 15 day more for waiting spare parts.
                              In the last nine month i drive the motorcycle avaragely 4month and remaing days are shutdown for problem.
                              I write letter to change the motorcyle but they refused.

                              So give suitable suggestion for which i can comansation for my bike and wasting my valueable time .

                              Subject: Regarding long term defective problem of newly TVS Flame125 SR.

                              Dear Sir,
                              As per disscussion with you regarding the defective problem of my tvs flame i like to focus on previous incedent happened with me. I have wrote a letter regarding the defective problem on 19th Jan 2010 to Aparajta Motor, Area engineer Sidharth walde, and area manager Rajesh Rawat kar. After telephonic discussion with Mr Rajesh Rawatkar and a written reply n 21th Jan 2010 on mail I deliver the tvs flame for further repaireing to Mr. Sidharth Walde. He experiment two days but fails to slove the problem. After that lot of handle part is changed which tookd five months and more then 20 time I have visited the serviceing statation for repairing and waiting for the consultant engineers/Spare parts ,but fails to achive my satisfaction.

                              Some major problem:
                              1)Spare parts of tvs flame SR 125 are not available at the dealer point. It took 2 to 3 three months to deliver and some parts are still not deliver since last 6 month. For which the motorcycle is paralised for that period. All the problem never be acceptd at any cost.
                              By purchaseing approximate Rs55000 motorcycle i spent more valueable time and mental tension worth approximte Rs 60000.00

                              So Since nine month i am suffering Mentally/ physically and financially due to repair this vehicles with wasteing my valueable time.So kindly replace my TV flame SR 125 with other new one .

                              As per your request I am attache the previous latter copy and reply letter of Mr Rajesh Rawatkar.

                              Subject: Replacement of newly defective TVS Flame125 SR with new One.

                              Dear Sir,

                              I Sri Amar Kumar Pradhan staying at Raigarh purchase a new TVS flame SR 125 on 11th Oct 09 from the show room of Tvs M/s Aparajita Tvs. I after drive the motorcycle I report the handle problem to the manager Mr. Omprakash he assured to rectify the problem after two day due to full rush at service center. After two day (14th oct) the handle sound increase and shown the problem to the manager he tight the handle. The same problem again repeat and same treatment done at the service center(16th Oct) (again tight the handle).
                              On 25th Oct I have gone for 1st service and report on job card .
                              1) Handle sound Problem
                              2) Petrol leak from carburetor
                              3) Mileage problem (30km/ ltr)
                              4) Sound problem from Engines)

                              None of the above problem is solve i) Handle problem is not solved (due to time factor)
                              ii) Petrol problem is not solved (Not available of carburetor Seal)
                              iii) Mileage problem remain unchanged

                              On 1st Nov I gone to service center for the handle problem they have changed balls .
                              And the same problem repeat again and the hammering sound coming from the handle on bum and on pout hole.

                              On 8th Nov I gone to service center for same handle problem and gave the bike to Service Manager Mr Omprakash. He told me it will require some time to properly diagnostic the problem by the TVS Engineer.
                              On 11th Nov they called me to inspect the vehicle. I have gone to service center and found the same problem. And talk to the TVs engineer he told me that they will replace total handle set with new one and it will take time .
                              On 16th Nov I have gone to service center to collect the bike .After drive one day the problem of sound increase similarly as before. But this time the suspension suckers are not work properly and stress hammer impact developed on chest.

                              On 17th Nov I have gone to service center and report the problem. Mr Omprakash Manager Service told me that they will talk to the service engineer regarding problem.

                              In between on month has crossed without any response . Whenever I make a phone call to Mr Ompraksh he replay that he trying contact to the Service Engineer of TVS but fail .
                              The problem seems like mystery one for which no such specific response and answer yet to receive for customer satisfaction and Gradually I am loosing my faith and confidence on TVs motor.
                              I have written a letter on above matter to MD MR Agarwal of Aparajita tvs on 30th Dec 2009 and waiting for the batter treatment from your side. But non of your engineer is looking in to the matter.
                              So I really frustrated with my TVs flame which is hospitalized more then 10 time for repaired with experimental operation goes 100times like a manufacture defective vehicles. So I Mentally worried and physically harassed and financially suffered a lot due to repair this vehicles with wasteing my valueable time. So kindly replace my TV flame SR 125 with brand new one .

                              I am not happy with the service provided by your service centre i.e CPL Autos Pvt. Ltd. S-47,Okhla Industrial area phase-II.New Delhi-20.Ph No[protected],41036005.
                              My bike Reg. No is:-DL7SBB2388.(TVS FLAME).I went to your service centre on 25.05.2011 for major service, Clutch O/H, Cylinder Head O/H, etc.
                              They have generated bill of Rs-3234.00/-.
                              After that work Engine Oil Leakage has started. I have visited your service centre two times but your service advisor Mr. Satya Prakash has not attended me properly. His attitude was very rude. He is not interested to solve my problem. Every time he gives different excuse. If this type of service will be provided by your service centre then its better to done the work from out side from local mechanic.
                              If my engine got seased who will be responsible.

                              Please look into the matter and solve my problem as soon as possible.

                              dear sir,
                              i owned a bike o[censored]r company tvs star city 110, sir i have a problem with my bike iwant to change my bike with new one because my bike's center is out from back side many times i register the complane at shunty bunty motor to MR. Sahni is the initial boss and other related person of shunty bunty motores by my problem is as it is as when i purchase that.
                              please sir ireqest u to change my bike as soon as possible because my bike is going to start bubbling when i ride it with my wife and my one year baby. all the time i feel that bike got puncture.

                                I have recently bought a TVS Wego about three months back in the month of April 2010.

                                Engine no. is 02394. Frame No.: MD626AG41A1C01371 Chassis no : 01371

                                Registration No. : MH43 AE 3439.

                                I have bought this vehicle from a retail shop called BIKEZ which is located at the following address : Bikez, 13-14, Laxmi C.H.S., Shop no. 6, Plot No. 7, opp. Seawoods railway station, Nerul (W) - 400706. Tel no.[protected].

                                I am absoluetly unsatisfied with the vehicle in terms of basic performance. Since the day I have bought this vehicle, I have faced nemerous problems. Startup issues, bike stopping after running for 1 kilometre or even less, etc.

                                I have reported this problem several times to the dealer (Bikez) too. I have always been given back the vehicle after saying there is some minor problem or so. But the day I take the bike out again the same problems persist.

                                The last time the bike was serviced at TVS KAPOOR AUTOMOBILES PVT LTD., Plot No. 121/122, Sector 11, Opp. M.G. Complex, Juhu gaon, Vashi, Navi Mumbai -400709.
                                Invoice number is 674. and jobcard no is 10794. The vehicle was kept with them for two weeks and then given back to me with full assurity that no more problems will exist.
                                But since two days that I got back my vehicle it is showing the same symptoms as before.

                                This has happenned for the fourth time in a row now. I am now pretty frustrated and I wish that I get a replacement vehicle for the same since it is very much within warranty.                                 I will no longer recommend anyone to buy a TVS bike and definetely not from BIKEZ, Nerul, Navi Mumbai.

                                I brought this vehicle on 20/06/2010.The pick up is not good and the dealer assured that it wud give the average of 50km/ltr...but it is not at all giving the average of 50, instead it is just giving the average between 30-33km/ltr.
                                I had already given the vehicle in service twice to resolve the same issue but its still not resolved, , , , , , , , , I m realy frustrated and want this issue resolved or else want the replacement for the vehicle as soon as possible...

                                My self ashish Sharma, I purchased TVS Wego on 9th sept 2010 i.e. more than a year.. I had faced a lots of problems. Starting problem has been a major issue among them. I complaint evrytime to the dealer and service station on its every service but every time I'had been assured that no more problem will come now. and more over once It suddenly got stopped and I called the dealer from there he sent his mechanic and the machanic also kicked a number of times then he open its chessy and after some hit and trials he started the wego and took it to the service centre and you will be surprised about the comments of dealer ..he said there was no problem at all my mechanic started it in a single kick .. see how cleverly they are making fool of the educated people even. then said. its ok its all is my fault that I am not taking it seriously.. I'll next time directly call its its toll free number and see ..AS OF NOW i WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO PURCHASE TVS WEGO...PLEASE...

                                I am also facing problem with TVS Wego for last one year. I purchased it on Aug 2010. The vehicle stops many times while running . From 4th month after purchasing I am complaining to the company about it and for a replacement . But till now I am fighting for it. Each time the company engineer tunes the engine and says that there is no problem in the engine . They are not agreeing that there is fault in the engine. Neither they are giving assurance that this problem will not occur in future.
                                I am from Mumbai. I am thinking of putting complaint on Consumer court as I am fed up going to service stations with problems.

                                Hello, My Name is Sarang Bhadange, I purchased TVS Wego one year back from Pune Kalamkar Tvs, Hadapsar. I also faced same problems as mentioned above. Starting problem was with bike since purchased it. It was always giving problem to start with starter, and when I was doing the Kick start it was also taking 3 to 4 kicks to start, and my wife was not able to start it. The bike will suddenly stop at signals and will start on electronic starter. Dealer told me that they indentified problem with Corroborator pin and you will not face this problem anymore but still problem persist, I told this on every service.
                                Another problem i faced with Patrol indicator, Company claimed that it have 5 ltr of petrol tank when I am filling 2 ltr petrol the indicator showing as full.
                                Front suspensions are poor, if the bike goes in poor/ bad road, front suspensions are not enough for those roads.

                                I was using the TVS Scooty before for 10 years, so I purchased Wego from TVS but I will not recommend anyone to purchase the Wego now.
                                Myself Karmveer Singh. I wanted to buy TVS XL HD from Kunal Auto, the main authorized dealer of TVS motor in Rewari, Haryana. But when i asked TVS helpline than i knew that Kunal Auto charges 2000 rupees extra to company's official ex-showroom price. I get registered a complained against Kunal Auto to TVS helpline, complained reference no. is 15002. Helpline asked me to wait 24 hours to get a solution but i am still waiting for last 8 days (almost more than 172 hours), and there is no response from TVS officials. Services of this company are really worst than others. There is huge difference between the ex-showroom price officially and in reality. They just cheat customers.

                                  Myself Ms.Meghna M. Jariwala has purchased TVS Wego Scooter' from Dealer 'Auto Point', Surat on 19.05.2010, Bill No.R00232, Chasis No.OG4D-a1004671, Engine No.MD626AG454-AID03241. Almost one week is lapsed but dealer is unable to get the vehicle registered with RTO Authority with the reason that Vehicle is Euro-12 instead of Euro-14 as per R.T.O. Gujarat's requirements for Registration. Please set-right the issue as early as possible or instruct the dealer to take back the cehicle and return the cost.

                                  TVS WEGO has poor electrical wiring.
                                  Dont buy. In 2 weeks we given to mechanic shop 3 times.
                                  It is not starting so we are notable to give to any other mechanic !!!
                                  Waste of money and your time.
                                  TVS Scooty pep is having many problems in all the ways, i have purchased just 3months back but people cant believe almost every alternative day i took to service center, it has been giving so much noise and there is no pick up, more than 10 times i have given complaint regarding this issue to many TVS people but till now no body had solved this problem..problem is not only with manufacturing but also the people and their service, if i keep on telling means full page wont be sufficient so sincere suggestion from my side is not to purchase any TVS products and DONT SUFFER LIKE ME

                                  From the day 1 I have problem in the electrical part in this vehicle. Within a year 3 times they replaced the battery after a big struggle. In the middle of November 2011, they had changed the battery and on this service they said battery need to be changed by the owner as the warranty expired. I'm planning to raise a complaint in Consumer Court for replacing the vehicle as they were unable to fix the issue in their own new model. Either they have to change the bike or they have to buy back. As a end consumer it's not possible for me to live with the issue and to change the battery for every service.

                                  On SEPTEMBER 4, I purchased a TVS APACHE 180, DL- 3S, BZ- 7464, at the J R CLASSIC AUTOMOBILES (P) LTD, NEW DELHI.

                                  I have not received my Bike’ RC yet though it has been more than 6 months now. I have contacted them a lot of time but every time they made me fake promises to hand me RC within in next few days. Now they told me that they have miss-placed or lost my registration files. I am very very disappointed with your services in this regard.

                                    APACHE IS BEST AS WELL AS RAMKAY IS BEST IN THEIR SERVICE.

                                    YES i gave my new RTR 180 to that center and they r doing a great job.
                                    they itself making note of wat r all the probs and wat can be done n all..

                                    My bike performance is awe some now and i gave to them for next service as well.

                                    who ever wants good service go to RAMKAY - ADAYAR. ITS BEST.

                                    hello,

                                    My name is ramandeep and i bought a apache rtr180cc(white) in sept 2010.I am facing some problems n my bike i offenly complain about this to the mechanic and dealer they reply that the bike is ok but i still have the problem. My bike suddenly stops on road even at a speed of 60 or 70 km.
                                    2 one- When it cross 60 speed it starts getting some load even at fifth gear when i complain about that they reply that bike is ok and don't take any action.please take some action on that the behaviour of the dealers is also not so good .please replace my bike or repair it as early as possible . i'm getting rid of that . my address is h.no. 1098, phase 5, mohali(chandigarh)

                                      DEAR SIR/MADAM

                                      I have purchased my TVS APACHE RTR FI in the month of october 2008. After the 1st free service i faced problems with the bike. The bike was misfiring,jerking and petrol was leaking from the injector. I reported this to the concerned dealer(meghdooth motors), but despite this they did not rectify the problem. I faced the same problem till the second free service and i complained once again to the dealer. When i received my bike after the service the dealer claimed that he replaced the ECU unit and the FUEL INJECTOR. After riding the bike for 30 odd kilometers i faced the same problem and gave the bike back for service the next day. Despite this they couldn't give a solution to the problem i was facing with my bike and hence i called the area chief engineer. I went for a test ride with one of the mechanics of the service center, on returning from the test ride the mechanic reported to the chief engineer that i wasn't riding the bike properly and thats why i was feeling that the bike is jerking. As i did not receive any help from the chief engineer i decided to change the dealer.
                                      I gave my bike to TRISTAR MOTORS for the third free service. They claimed that the bike was misfiring and the fuel injector had to be replaced. The problems with the bike did not change even though the claimed to have repaired the bike,the problem continued till the fourth free service. When i dropped the bike for service they told they would replace the ECU unit and the fuel injector. After the service the bike seemed to have improved considerably but a month after the service i faced the same problem and i decided to install a performance filter called K&N. the bike did fell better after installing the filter but the bike was still jerking and misfiring. I am still facing the same problems with the bike. I called their customer care four times,they told they would get back to me and i registered many complaints with them but all they would say is that i would receive the complaint number and a email would e sent to my email id once i cut the call. I did not receive any complaint number or email. the company has given me a defective bike and is refusing to attend and solve any of my problems.This is my last request to them,after this i will be taking legal action against them. They have cost me a lot of my time and money. Hope i receive help.

Atb the time of speed 61-65 the handel is vibrating, when the byke on the rough road the vizer and handle always sound like dhad dhad. I am already show to the mechanic four times, but there is no good reply by ur mechanic those who are appointed by u in ur "BHUBANESWAR" "JYOTEE MOTORS".
