Sir .I bought tvs wego from above name dealer . He assured me that he is giving me best deal ..but he cheat me breach of trust ..he sold me at very high price and accessories which he promised to provide me ..along with steel guard .helmet .gripper .and etc ..including in that amount ..he not give me ..and when I called him regarding this he made so many excuses ..after 15 days of buying that vehicle he answered properly that u go to service center of tvs which is located at andheri ..name yash motors. From ther I calledup and asked regarding accessories.. he replied that u take all from that service center and take bill too ..I will reimburse u ..but now he is not ready to refund my bill amount ..and my additional amount which he take from me by false representation ....even he not fit speedometer ..harsh automobiles no…[protected]
And he is not ready to give matrix dealer no ..i found .there is another dealer .under the name aasha motors . no [protected]...he also providing me best deal ..i think matrix and harsh both jointly cheating ppl and spoil the name of company ..
when I went to service center ther I asked regarding wego price ..there also I knew that he cheated me ..yash motors is authorized dealer of wego ,,,and harsh automobiles .Mr.Joshi who told me that he is autorisd dealer of tvs and he hv 3 other showroom ..1 at bhaiyander ..other one at vasai . I found that all his statement was false ..he is cheater. His one employee come to me and gaved service card which is complementary services from tvs ..at that card seign and sealed is not harsh automobiles ..that singn and seald is from matrix dealer ..of mira road who is new dealer of tvs ..
his behaviour and abused me on phone ..hurts me ..suffering from mental tension and my blood pressure shootup ..dont know why matrix dealer support him in illegal activity ..I have all bill and and his receipt which he gave and now he is not providing all accessories and reimburse bill amount ..and my extra payment which I all ready paid to him ..this tension affect me in day to daily life routine ..and my work ..
plz for this act of kindness I highly obliged ,,

    i bought new TVS WEGO from harsh automobiles at mira road..mr. joshi offered me good deal ..but when i made payment ..and searched in andheri ..i find out that he was not authorised delar, at andheri yash motors who is autorised delear of TVS offering me best price ..when i called mr. joshi he said what ever i told u and make commeeitment about accessaries he will provide me ..but he request me that plz right now ur at yash motors from there service centre u fit all assecceries .and take bill from there i will pay ..all ur asseceriies bill ..about that he talked to yash serive worker too..
    but now he denied for all and not ready to reimburs my additional amount which he took and my acessaories bill ..which he was ready to pay me preiviously ..and now abuse me ..and threnting me :" tujh ko jo karna hai karle nai paisa deta" like this
    this is mental harrashment for me ..plz do consider as early as possible ,,
    for this act of kindness i do needful to u and high obliged .

      Defective bike sold
      I am amit kumar and i purchased a New bike TVS Apachae RTR 160 by payinh hard cash at your counter after Dhanteras on 29th october and i was very happy to get the bike but the very next day some sound from engine was coming then i took my bike to Showroom dealer i told them that there is some problem in engine as noise was coming from engine then your engineer told me that as this is a new bike some screws are loose and it will be done on your 1st service then on 26th Nov i went at your Narbheram showroom for service then i was told that there is some problem in my engine and engine head needs to be replace as there is some manufacturing defect.

      My question is that when i purchased a new bike by paying the total amount then why i will take a defective piece, i do not want that my engine should get open , i want that if bike is defect then it needs to be replaced with a new one......because if within a months time i get to know that it is a defective piect then what is the surity that this will not happen again.

        Sir, I am from ulundurpet.we are liking TVS Brand motors. In my house three two wheelers TVS brand. I have bought a tvs xl super from krishna motors on 22.10.11.fully paid. on that day also when i ask any question regarding about motorcycle ,they did not answer properly.. but i did not mind that.. after a month they called me on 17.11.11, and said to me come to RTO office tomorrow.. but i said i m in hospital in serious so i cant come tomorrow so pls fix another date.. but they refused my statement and switch off their phone. then again i called and explained my situation ... then they halfmindly accepted and also they scold me harshly.. then after a week they called me on 21.11.11 and they asked me come tomorrow 22.11.11 .at 9.00 clock @ RTO office ulundurpet,,, then i went to RTO office @ ulundurpet at 9.00 clock i m waiting for until 2.00 clock they didnt come or call to me.. then again i called their phone numbers more than 100 times they didnt attend . still they no answer... wat i do hereafter? without registration how do i drive vehicle? pls help... we are very confident on TVS brand ..they will help me.. Thank you

          Dear Sir,

          This is my second complaint about tvs scooty, it was done earlier in 12th nov. and after that i have also got call from tvs scooty centre also, they have provided me complaint number 8822. and i have visited tvs showroom for service there. Now again this is giving severar problem, and as you know a badly running wehicle is danger to life. it just sto pped running in the mid of the road and it was my good luck that the person behind me didn't hit me. else i cud have met an accident. and that all would be because of bad service...

          Can anybody tell me how to get rid of this scooty. i m fed up completely.

          Please tell me the procedure to return the scooty to company.
          Both has run only 650 km as if now and i purchased my both scooty on 24th aug 2011. on my birthday.

          Registration number is HR10R-9979. in the name of Krishan Gopal ( my father) and other is HR10S-0656 in the name of Sonia (myself).

          Please help i cant drag the scooty from anywhere to my home or to the showroom as both are at very distant places,

            I purchased TVS Wego on 06 Jan 2011 from Satpurush TVS a sub dealer in Mapusa Goa. But the bank draft was drawn in favor of Kala motors c/o Shanta Engineering Works Panajim who is a main dealer for TVS in Goa.

            I notice few problems in first 3 months was minor like not starting by self start,headlamp was turning off while tacking turns etc.
            Main problem occurs on 08 Oct 2011 and 2730km very loud noise was coming from the engine i took straight away the Mapusa service center & reported the problem, they kept wego for almost 6 days with them to find out the main cause and on seven day 14 Oct 2011 they send wego to Kala motors Panajim, as they told me that there is a major problem in engine they are unable to solve it so they send wego to main center in panajim. so i went to panjim service center & they told that notice some major problem & spare parts to replace that part is not in stock with them and need to wait until its arrives. I was everyday calling them regarding the updates about my wego. after ten days later they called me told me that you wego is ready, so on 24 Oct 2011 i took wego from them after 18 days it was fine.I am very disappointed as it done only 2730 kms so many problems. i spends 18 days like a hell without scooter.

            On 9 Nov 2011 on the way to panajim on highway suddenly the same noise/sound started coming from engine and within 2 minutes suddenly stop the engine in middle of highway any how i manage to take it to the side and same my life from accident. I tryed to self start it and also by kick started but it was completely dead so i toke it by hand to the panjim city and went the kala motors service center regarding the problem then they brought it to the center told me that they will inform me as soon as it ready. I received it 16 Nov 2011.Again 7 days without scooter. I ask them for service report like what was wrong with wego they replied that was some minor problem we solve it and not given any report to me. I made a big mistake by buying wego. Two major breakdown within a period of 10 months at just 3000kms run i this is disgusting, i am scarred to drive it because it can breakdown anytime on road i don't want to get injured, also in point of view wego which i brought has a manufacturing defeat and i want my money back. I will suggest not buy wego.

              Hello Sir,

              My friend is owning APACHE RTR 160 FI. He bought it on 06.11.2009 and the bike Particulars are Chassis No.MD634LE5992H12401, Engine No.0E5H92012104.

              We are really facing so many Problems with the bike regarding to the fuel injection. we are living in TiruPati and we are having a hill to drive for 25 Kms. when the bike is coming down we dont use the accelration continuously. If the accelator was closed for a minute the bike is resPonding even it is still in on. again we have to off the ignition and restar the vehicle after coming into neutral. Recently we have faced a major comPlaint about the rear disk. The Plate has got burned down and we relaced it for 13,0000 Kms from the date of Purchase. The service is damn bad here. We need the good service and a good mechanic to firsty identiy it and recity our comPlaint.

              Tvs/ Apache Rtr FI — Problem in service

              I had purchased a bike apache rtr fi and gave it for first service after one month. The people told me that there is some problem in the coil of the bike so it is needed to be replaced.
              Even after one month since i gave it for servicing the coil is still not replaced. the people are saying the coil is coming from the company, but for the last one month it has not come

                Hi,

                I have purchase tvs wego on 19-11-10. Its having following problems.
                1) batery is not working properly. Replaced after long time
                2) Break lever was also giving trouble and broken. Changed after so many complaints.
                3) Kick starter gear automatically broken.

                This is high times we are complaiing and also not satisfactory from the customer point of view.

                Any body have any clue how to tackle this.

                i have purchased a TVS WEGO last year at VVK TVS at Mariyappanpalya near Nagadevanahalli ,
                But i am not satisfied with the service provided by the service same center , simple complaints like
                1.Horn not working and
                2.Foot rest loose
                were not repaired properly and the service officials talking rudely and forced me to take my vehicle without proper repair
                and next day again when the problem repeated and given back vehicle to them again the response was very poor and finally i had to go without repair..

                the main part which i was not satisfied with is the way of communication of the officials/supervisor..

                i have purchased TVS wego on july 2010 . i am facing starting problem no one is helping to sought out my problem
                TVS company should give dealerships to people only who are eligible. for eg Ooty dealer is useless. I bought a Wego from Ooty. I got the user manual after 4 months. It took 6 months for them to fix my speedometer cable. If I take the bike for service, there is no water service facility with dealer, so we'll have to take it to another water service station. No proper mechanics- and for pouring oil they dont even have a funnel. Last time the gear oil was poured in by using advertisement papers as funnel. I'm still not sure if there's oil in gear box because the mechanic told me to recheck with another workshop.

                  We have prchased two TVS scooty on 24th august 2011, but both of them are giving multiple problems. we have also done complaint at service station but they are not able to do the service propely. Battery of one scooty has stopped working in just 2 months, and of other average is just 20km/l as compared to 45 km/l as promised.

                  I have purchased TVS Wego No MH14 DC 7227 on 27th august 2011, Now 5 servicing will done, I told dealer about Statting problems he replace break cable. till i have this problem I have also done complaint at service station but they are not able to do the service properly. My wego average is just 30km pl as compared to 45 km/l as promised. and service station say it will improve after this servicing... please do the needful, or other wise please take the vehicle back at the now market price and make me comfort.                     1. I am a Defence Officer. I purchased TVS WEGO model last year in Aug from Local TVS Dealer( Sandhu Sales & Services, VIP Road, Karelibaug Vadodara). The scooty is having problem since very first day. It is not getting started easily as well as the vehicle gets stopped in between on the road even when though acceleration is on. The same problem still exists even after five services at authorized service dealer i.e. M/s Sandhu sales and services.

                    2. The same problem is being projected many times to the Sandhu Sales & Services, Vadodara but the dealer is showing reluctance in rectifying the problem. Every time they assure that problem will be rectified but all in vain. It is requested to issue necessary instructions to the said dealer for immediate rectification of said problem as it is risky and dangerous for me to drive it as it stops abruptly in between road where other vehicles are plying at high speed.

                      TVS as a company sucks.... they are good for nothing. i got a bike from them , the TVS Apache and right from the beginning i have had problems with it. they could not fix it and even some part are missing like rabarstrip and Apache 160 stickers and I gave the extra money 1200 for only yellow color and some part of color is missing on that part showing some greenish color and other stickers in not stick properly , their service centers are the worst any company can have... i have given my bike for servicing and tell about all problem then they have never fixed a single problem. And one more no apace between side stand and gear paddle that's why paadal rubber is rubbing. And no pickup.

                        Since the day i have purchased my Apache 180 RTR i have been facing numerous problems. Given the fact that the i havent even completed 1 year of buying the bike, i had to take the bike to service centres many number of times. The problems which i faced till now includes :

                        a) Battery not charged fully on the first day the bike was given to me
                        b) Fuel leakage from the fuel cock
                        c) Engine hiccups at 30-40 speed
                        d) Accelerator cable broke after 6 months o[censored]se
                        e) Air leakage from front tyre due to improper bonding of the rim with the tyre
                        f) Second time air leakage from the same front tyre which was repaired by the TVS Service centre 2 months back

                        I have never got to hear these many complaints from anybody till now with respect to a newly purchased bike from a well-known manufacturer. I had complained several times to the dealer and also the service centers regarding the same. As per them whenever the bike faces any problem( be it new or old) bring it to the service centre and they wil get it repaired. So that means they are least bothered about the fact that why would a brand new bike give so much of problems within its one year o[censored]sage.

                          We have been using TVS vehicle from past 10years and never had a problem with any kind of services provided by the brand. When i wanted to buy a new 2 wheeler, i dint think of the popular brand like Honda or pleasure, I opted to go by the brand i have been using and certainly bought TVS WEGO on 15 Nov 2010 from R K Puram Sector-4 dealer. But i would like to tell you its a complete discontentment. The service centre don't have any parts starting from clutch to tyre tube, no option for stepeny to the smallest of nail in the vehicle. With increase in advancement and better technology people expect better performance from the brand, but my experience this time is very bad and i totally regret my decision for buying this scooter.

                          Fooling the customers for sale doesn't work every time.

                          Request you to kindly make arrangement for fixing up the problems we are facing with our scooter otherwise it wont take anytime for me to take the help of MEDIA in sorting out the problem.

                            I have purchased TVS Streak on 21.06.2011 from Authorised Dealer Kubera Motors based at Bangalore. From day two i have been complaining regarding the no free movement of back wheel but upto date there is no rectification of the problem. Simultaneously i have registered a complaint at the Customer Care. Complaint Number from TVS Motors (4571) which had to be resolved within 24 hours. But there is also no response from TVS Motors. When i have approached the service engineer who is based at Kubera Motors have spoken fowl language towards me. And have not responded to my problem. Today when i have called TVS Motors one Mr. Gowri Shankar has assured me to solve the problem but upto late night today there is no resolvment of the problem. If TVS Motors are not able to respond within the stipulated time and provide the solution. It is a clear picture of running away from their responsibilities and also it equivalent to cheating the customers. The dealer so called Mr.Dilip of Kubera Motors (dealer) don't know how to handle the customers he says you can complain wherever you want it means the dealer is also running away from the responsibilities. He has to say that he doesn't has any responsibilities once it is sold. As the liability lies with the company,you have to contact the company itself. If both the dealer the company doesn't responds to the customer then where the customer has to go.


                            I have posted this complaint in the month of 22-july-2011.Still now the problem is not rectified . From July to As on date , they took my vehicle and every time ,they said it is resolved. But after taking the vehicle ,the same problem is there. If they cannot rectify the problem as an date that means they have sold defective vehicle and they are dragging the issue withou any resolution and seriousness from them. I have invested my money and iam sufferring with the vehicle as i have purchased a second hand vehicle which is having so many complaints. On day 2 of purchase of this vehicle ,i have asked them to repalce the vehicle . But they have not done that and gave false commitments and false servicing and bluffed the customer. This is very pathetic service from TVS and they are making the customer to suffer like any thing. I am kindly requesting the TVS company , I dont want this vehicle. Please return my money back.

From day two i have been complaining regarding the no free movement of back wheel but upto date there is no rectification of the problem. Simultaneously i have registered a complaint at the Customer Care. Complaint Number from TVS Motors (4571) which had to be resolved within 24 hours. But there is also no response from TVS Motors. When i have approached the service engineer who is based at Kubera Motors have spoken fowl language towards me. And have not responded to my problem. Today when i have called TVS Motors one Mr. Gowri Shankar has assured me to solve the problem but upto late night today there is no resolvment of the problem. If TVS Motors are not able to respond within the stipulated time and provide the solution. It is a clear picture of running away from their responsibilities and also it equivalent to cheating the customers. The dealer so called Mr.Dilip of Kubera Motors (dealer) don't know how to handle the customers he says you can complain wherever you want it means the dealer is also running away from the responsibilities. He has to say that he doesn't has any responsibilities once it is sold. As the liability lies with the company,you have to contact the company itself. If both the dealer the company doesn't responds to the customer then where the customer has to go.

                            I have posted this complaint in the month of 22-july-2011.Still now the problem is not rectified . From July to As on date , they took my vehicle and every time ,they said it is resolved. But after taking the vehicle ,the same problem is there. If they cannot rectify the problem as an date that means they have sold defective vehicle and they are dragging the issue withou any resolution and seriousness from them. I have invested my money and iam sufferring with the vehicle as i have purchased a second hand vehicle which is having so many complaints. On day 2 of purchase of this vehicle ,i have asked them to repalce the vehicle . But they have not done that and gave false commitments and false servicing and bluffed the customer. This is very pathetic service from TVS and they are making the customer to suffer like any thing. I am kindly requesting the TVS company , I dont want this vehicle. Please return my money back.

                            on[protected], as per the commitment by the employee of the Kubera TVS Motors, i have visited the showroom. The employee again said they are busy and the dealer is not available and asked me to come next day. I was frustrated with his answer and i said i want my vehicle to be rectified immediately.Then the dealer Mr Dilip, he came down and said that there is no complaint for ur vehicle , ur wantedly coming . He used very fowl language on me stating that he will throw me out of the showroom even though iam a lady. He said you can go to police station or consumer court and do wat ever you want. As a customer am i not having right to speak on my problem wer i have purchased.
                            I Think TVS company is sleeping and appointing such dealers who are not concerned about the customers. They Are looking only for the sale .After sales ,they are least bothered.
                            This is very very pathetic service from the TVS Compay and worst behaviour of their employees towrds the customers.

                              Most of the Complaints that I saw are facing a same problem with WEGO..

                              Self Start Problem
                              Kick Start Problem
                              Engine stopping during Idilling/ at Signals
                              Bad Battery

                              Any Idea how these can be addressed !!

                              Its a bad product from TVS Motors stable.. don't know what TVS Motors is thinking on WEGO and its customer's..

                              Hopeful TVS will do some major re-work on the bike and come out with some solution for it's existing customers.

                                I have purchased TVS Flame in the year 2008 April. My vehicle is used single hand and there are no repairs.

                                But due to some climatic conditions vehicles may spoil and we have to replace the parts by new ones. But to my surprise if spare parts are not available frequently in market then what is the use of the vehicle. we have to buy and keep in museum.

                                Due to some minor accident my vehicle doom got damaged for replacement it took 10 days.

                                There is some starting problem i gave it in ramanthapur tvs service centre they said the parts was not available and it took one week to take my vehicle.

                                  Im a very very disappointed customer of your company. I have purchased a RTR 180 vide Registration Number KL 39 C 4137 from your DEALER in Ernakulam, M/S Cochin Motors. Since I bought the bike Im very irritated by their irresponsible, faulty and idiostic service.
                                  My experince with you AUTHORISED DEALER M/S COCHIN MOTORS, ERNAKULAM during the past 7 months since i have bought the motorcycle is said shortly below

                                  1. My accelator cable had a problem while I was riding and the throttle got stuck at full RPM. By gods grace I escaped without any injury. I took the bike to the station and they adjusted the cable (I didnt the understand what the hell they did instead of replacing the accelator cable). I took the bike back and after 3 days again my throttle got stuck while i was riding at midnight. I had to go through a lot of pain and effort to get back home at 1.30 AM midnight. Ur irresponsible Authorised dealer (How the hell they became authorised, I wonder) then replaced my accelator cable which they should have done at the first time itself.

                                  2. My Motor Cycles engine is making a noise even at 7000 kms. Engine sound is very rough as if the vehicle has run 50000 kms. The Supervisor of your dealership, the Cochin Motors is saying that it is normal for all Apache RTR 180. ( By the way, i dont believe the they are saying because your service centre people are the most dishonest guys I have ever met). Even after Fourth service, they dont have a remedy to my engine noise.

                                  3. Now, the latest problem is that the front disc brakes of my bike is making a squeezing noise. I took the vehicle three times to your AUTHORISED DEALER, COCHIN MOTORS reporting the same issue and still my bike makes the noise while braking. Now, the brake is also not effective as it was earlier.

                                  4. Your AUTHORISED DEALER employees behave rude to your customers as if we are begging for servicing of our vehicle.

                                  Im really fed up with your so called CUSTOMER CARE model. I really doubt abouth the quality of techinicians working in YOUR AUTHORISED DEALERSHIP, M/S COCHIN MOTORS. IF YOU WANT TO REALLY BE COMPETITIVE WITH OTHER INDIAN AS WELL AS FOREIGN COMPANIES, please supervise your dealerships about their infrastructure and service quality. Im completely satisfied with your product but I am afraid that the service of your AUTHORISED DEALER, M/S COCHIN MOTORS, ERNAKULAM will soon make my motor cycle unusable.

                                  Im hoping a positive response from your side.

                                  Myself writing on behalf of my friend.With immense disatisfaction and pain i am informing the issue about my product TVS APACHE 180cc..its been 5months till date i have bought the bike but i am really disatisfied with the product because on using the bike i noticed missing in petrol flow..the petrol flow is not properly happening .Moreover with this complaint i went to the nearby customer care where fro but they didn give a propee reaponse..i went about 2to 3 times but they just ignored by saying that we cannot do that

                                    as we have very bad service & responce got at TVS PAVA showroom at Nashik Bombay Naka branch.
                                    As my TVS appache 160 RTR bike tail Lamp glass was broken (All LED in OK condition)so I have to need replace the only glass.I have ask to showroom store he told me Only glass not came from the company You have to purchase Whole Unit of tail-Lamp of Rs.1250.00 so I had purchased the Only glass from other TVS spare part shop at Rs.250 approx.& demanded to showroom person to replace & assembled the New glass so he was refused to do this work due to company spare glass not provided at the store.
                                    pls tell me which thing will affordable for customer from above two Example. to purachase whole Tail-lamp unit or Only lamp glass.
                                    this is massage is to be for company Quality control & SCM team of TVS motor

                                    2) Same thing is happanded about the Handle Damper screw found loose.
                                    so we had requested to showroom servicing person so he has demanded to purchase whole unit of Damper of Rs.211.00 where as only inside rubber get removed which could be very less price comparatively to whole unit.

                                    3) Radium Wave company Stickers not get at TVS motor showroom spares dept.

                                    Objection is only The company policy about the spare parts is very BAD as consider from the customer side.pls request to you change the policy & enhanced the product by implimenting above suggestions.

                                    TVS Apache 160 RTR — No benefit to service bike timely at TVS

                                    My tvs apache rtr 160 battery not working properly after timely service. They can't service properly at there service center. i purchase new bike in 2010 till date 10 sevices in timely interval but after that there sevice center repersentative at bulland TVS there is no warranty of battery beacuse these are vendor product.

                                      my two services is over,but after done the second servicing, its Giving Too much of noise,,like chain rubbing sound,,and engine sound,,im already giving the complaints too many times but they said its cumming like that only,,,but after second service my bike sounds is totally cleared after some days its giving the problem,iam already meet that service center too many times but they cant rectified my problem,,,my vehicle number is AP 25 AF 5354,,my mobile number is [protected]..please rectify my problem....

                                        Hey i buyed apache 180 abs on 28 th jun 2011 in tristar tvs with registration no ka 03 hk 5320 before the delivery their was an scratch on tank after the delivery within 1 week break shoe problem and sound and break itself stopped working and got jammed and after 1 st service idling was getting stucked and it used 2 get raised automatically and than abs itself was not working now after second service i didnt ride my bike for 2 weeks after 2 weeks i started my bike it didnt start for 1/2 an hour after i took it 2 service center the engine itself has started making sound and engine piston and injector has got jammed this is how the product is been friends i have an word 2 tvs motors is this the way u manufacture the bike and deliver 2 the citizens and grabe the money i have no words left 2 the delear and the tvs left shame this is all thge black mark on the sundarm motors who is the top most leader in indian auto mobile industry and being an family member from past 5 years i m asshamed of my self on the new vehicles purchase from tvs motors
