This is in reference to my complaint dt.05.05.2012 subject “10% withheld amount of Gratuity not received till date”
It is very much disgusting that the one month has been passed & till date I have not received any reply/ response from your side. So, it is very painful for me that I am requesting again & again for my gratuity amount which one is the top most right of a retired person.
You are requested to once again, kindly look into the matter & do the needful at your earliest because as a retired person as well as senior citizen the undersigned is facing very much financial problems.
My claim details are as follows:
10% withheld Gratuity amount of Rs. 51607/- vide letter no. 122/05/SP/PC/WITHHELD dt.25/11/2011 by Vehicle Factory Department to the UCO Bank,Vehicle Factory branch ,Jabalpur.
My A/C No. is :[protected] & PPO No.:C/FYS/16196/2011.
Please arrange to release the payment with interest.

This is to inform you that myself Kailash Kumar Verma,Ex.JWM,Vehicle Factory ,Jabalpur has not received 10% withheld amount of Gratuity till date. Although it has been instructed to the UCO Bank,Vehicle Factory branch ,Jabalpur vide letter no.122/05/SP/PC/WITHHELD dt.25/11/2011 by Vehicle Factory Department.
But till date the matter is pending & the payment of Rs.51607/-is yet not received .
My A/C No. is :[protected] & PPO No.:C/FYS/16196/2011.

You are requested to kindly look into the matter & do the needful at your earliest because as a retired person as well as senior citizen the undersigned is facing very much financial problems.

    Complain against- Avadesh Pandey(Branch Manager, Pyalapur).

    I Pappu Kumar Mishra have taken education loan from the pyalapur branch on 2009 and the amount was- 68,600 to continue my MCA final year.
    My MCA session has completed on August ,2010 and i got job in a software company as a software developer in aprail 2011.
    I requested and did complain against branch manager to give me all documents before 28th feb,2012 that i can continue pay to my loan account. He made a conspiracy with me , he suddenly transfer 44,000 thousand rupees to my education account on date 27/02/2012 and told my parents to that now you need to pay only 19,594 rupees to settle education loan account and demand me 44,000 rupees and forced me to withdraw the complain. I withdraw the complain. After that on date[protected] he withdraw his transferred money (44,000 rupess) from mu education loan account and sent a court notice to my home that before 5/06/2012 pay all amount(approximately 65,000) and in today 24/05/2012 date i deposited all amount from bilaspur UCO bank with today interest rate. Now i requested him to please close my loan account then he refused .

    I meet with the branch manager and then checked what dues still he is telling. So we came to know that the notice he sent me that rupees i need to pay. So i have given the required amount and requested him to issue the no dues certificate. At last he issued the no dues certificate.
    I am not going to pay a single extra rupee to UCO bank for no dues certificate.
    Please these branch manager should understand that a guy have already settle his loan then why making hassle to provide no-dues certificate.

                But I have not recieved this revision of Pension wef 01 july 2009. I brought letter from Air Force Record Office on 8 Nov 2011 and handed over it to the Branch Manager in the Month of November 2011 who promised to get my Pension Revised with in 15 days and give me the Arrears which I have not got so far though I have been reminding him for last 4 Months .He says that my file is pending on the desk of CPPC Nagpur officials.I request you to Kindly Intervene and pay my dues with interest.

                I, 686303-H EX-Sgt ALAK KUMAR SARKAR, have retired from IAF on 30 June 2012. My ppo no.08/14/B/11361/2012 was released from Air force Record Office New Delhi on 12 July 2012. I have opened my pension a/c (no.-[protected]) in UCO Bank, Uchalan Branch, Burdwan West Bengal, My retirement benefit i.e commutation of pension amount is Rs 576172/- and DCRG is Rs 521731/- are credited on my a/c on 12 Oct 12 and I got my first pension on 01 Nov 12. Whereas my friends, those were retired with me, got there benefit and pension at the end of Aug 2012.
                I have suffered lot economically as well as with mental agony because of this delay in payment. I could not do my daughters admission in MCA and I could not pay my house builder in time. So he has refused to take up the construction Job. I know the bank is not going to compensate such losses but definitely I can claim the interest. I am retired defence person. I cannot afford such loss at all.
                I shall request you to pay me the interest of the lump sum retirement benefit for the period the money rest with the bank and the amount may be credited in my said a/c.

                Respected Sir,

                I have an account with your Landran Branch vide A/c No.[protected]. I 18925, Sqn Ldr. Gurbax Singh (retd) am drawing pension through UCO Bank LANDRAN BRANCH MOHALI Punjab. My PPO No. 08/14/A/0030.

                I have contacted my branch many times and officer from branch has spoken to concerned authority at Nagpur branch in my presence. Every time reply was that calculations are being done mannually and may take sometime.

                All the officers known to me in Chandigarh and Mohali area have already received their arrears in the month of October and November. Even in UCO Bank 12 wing Chandigarh branch all have received their pension arrears in November. I may please be intimated about position of my case; I shall be very thankfull to you.

                ATM BLOCKING

                I HAVE LOST MY ATM MY ACCOUNT NO.[protected], NAME : SANTOSH KUMAR PANIGRAHI
                Dear Sir, It is brought to your kind notice that Smt Basanti Rani Halder told us that her husband Ex - No 1231276, Rank - NK, Name - Nirapada Halder left the last breath on 29/05/2017 and he used to draw his monthly defence pension from UCO Bank, Diamond Harbour Branch vide A/C No [protected], I informed to the manager in writing about my husband's death on 07/06/2017 and have opened an account for my family pension, A/C No [protected] .
                She also told us that the bank was not paying the actual pension to my husband for a long time and due arrears of pension according to circular No 555 & 568 etc. was not paying to my husband . That's why the manager was told many times, calculation sheet and pension slip was sought, but the branch did not cooperate .
                For the above reason, she prayed for our cooperation . We observed and found that above mentioned pensioner was granted both pension Service and Disability according to P.P.O. No D/C/1173/83, D/RA/5537/1985, D/C/2837/1986, D/RA/9363/2001 and D/RA/8363/2002 .
                So, he should have given service pension from your branch (7170 × 2.57) ₹ =18427/- pm.as basic but the branch had paid service pension of ₹ =13984/- as basic, which is not understood, besides this the Disability Pension is not being understood which was paying to the above ESM .
                In view of the above circumstances, you are requested to look into the matter and take necessary action and so that the widow gets her deceased husband's due arrears of pension as early as possible .

                    this ravi ranjan kanth consumer o[censored]co bank khagaul, danapur ,patna.

                    My saving a/c no. is [protected]. i withdrawal 2000/rs from hdfc bank as on 02/07/2011. record no. 07. But 4000/rs is deducted from my account
                    . when first time i tried the atm was not given my two thousand , next time it gives only two thousand rupees. further i send this recipt by courier to uco bank khagaul,
                    patna. after that they update my account and give my two thousand rupees . but steel as on 20/07/2011 2006/rs deduct my account withought my knowledge so please take action against it seriosly and give my 2006/ rs in my account.

According to the Upto date passbook record the current month balance is Rs 15,274.00 .( the record is from the date of 01/10/2009 -11/07/2011). But when i went to the bank for withdraw sum money of Rs 6000/- the clerk and the manager refused...

                            The service my family has received from UCO bank since the filing of the above mentioned case has been appauling and extremely disappointing... Without a choice, I am having to explain the series of events and would be interested to know what UCO bank is going to do about this... Hope I do not get a standard response stating "We have received your email and will revert in 48 hours!" Also, would like to highlight the pain and torture we have been through especially when no one has shown any initiative to take Ownership to resolve this concern...

                            I am sure none of you have any idea about what I am talking about and its obvious because this would have never been brought to any one's atttention, afterall why would UCO bank invite negative publicity for free?? But here is your fair chance to attract some negative publicity which you have fairly earned over the last 15 years and that too with interest...

                            Let me start from day one. A fair rent court case was filed by ourselves on UCO bank in the year 1992 in the Lower court in Chennai for a property we owned at one of the most posh locations, Mount road in Chennai. For your reference the court case number is mentioned the subject line. To your surprise we won the court case in the lower court, but you guys are so loyal to troubling people, so you decided to go to the applete court in Chennai. Again, to your dismay, the judgement was in our favour and we won!!

                            I must certainly applaud for your consistency in being adamant. Your bank decided to go further and approached the high court. And yeah, let me bring this to your kind notice that the esteemed Chennai High court agreed to the judgements passed by the Lower and Applete courts, so whats next??

                            Amidst all the events, your distinguished organisation not only defied the decision of the various courts, but also did not live up to the rent/sq ft payable as per norms. My father, Late, Mr. Jetha K Daryanani could not handle the pressure and succumbed to a heart attack. I have lost my father in the year 1999 and UCO bank is solely responsible for this.

                            Understanding that it ONLY requires some simple attention to solve this so called 15 year old SAGA, it seems like UCO bank just wants to CONSISTENTLY PROVE THEMSELVES INCONSISTENT.

                            Amidst all this, one of the family members has made several attempts to speak to the DGM in Chennai to resolve this never ending fairy tale.

                            You may want to go and do some home work to determine your understanding of the experience we have experienced for the last 15 years with your so called estemmed organisation. As your initial point of contact (consider whoever you want in this list) cant be bothered and is not capable (can't blame them for that), I am asking for this case to be looked into IMMEDIATELY. HOPE ENGLISH IS SIMPLE THIS TIME!!

                            With this experience from UCO bank, can one imagine the level of frustration a customer can go through which has made me write this episode. Needless to say, looking forward to hear from UCO bank..

                              sir/mam,
                              i have taken an education loan for my studies from uco bank. I use to pay interest on the monthly basis from the day 1 of loan but at starting they were charging more & say as for penal int. also but penal int. now they stop charging & say it was a mistake of charging penal int.on you & now it will not be charged . so i asked the amount i paid extra earlier i want it back but they denied the thing totally& even now even they charge as per they want & say it was main branch's decision we can not help in it you will have to pay the amount & say that the int. & its rate can be changed at any time & at any month. And now i don't know what to do with them

                                I want to thank Chandigarh Branch Sec 17 for NON acceptance of education loan for my son.I had already running with a housing loan for Rs 10 lacs in lieu of 31lacs Registry. All my documents are in order except the spellings of my name in registry. Only due to this reason now the future of my son is in dark.Thanks very much UCO Bank.

                                  Subject:- Compliant against Branch Manager & Field Officer o[censored]CO Bank Badri Nagar, Paonta Sahib (HP) for unwanted harassment , mental torture and personal insult.

                                  Respected Sir

                                  With due respect I wish to bring in your kind notice as:-


                                  Brief facts of the case:-

                                  1. I am a small shop owner in the area and running a tiny shop since 1990.

                                  2. I hold a CC Account in the bank from last many years and has availed Credit Limit of Rs 800000 (Eight Lacs only) against my House as a collateral Security. I have good transaction in my account and from operational part it is regular account. Since the beginning timely payments of Interest and other charges were made from my side. (A/c No 26062)

                                  3. The Bank Manager Arvind Sood & Field officer Shri Vaid Prakash has been continuously harassing us since the January 2011 they have made common practice for abusing me and my representatives. They both are acting as Hitler in the branch.

                                  4. It became intolerable on 26/01/2011 when I issued a Cheque No 548179 to Mr Naresh Kumar but we are surprised to see that that has been bounced and returned to us with remark “Refer to drawer”

                                  5. On this we approach bank and query for the same and bank manager abused us with the harsh words he also speaks loudly that “don’t come like beggars to bank we have not signed any contact to fund you” we were shocked to see the bank managers response and asked him what is the issue. But he refused to entertain us.


                                  6. On that Day field officer of the bank told us that we have not got our limit renewed since 2 years that’s why the said Cheque was not debited to account. And they will not allow any transaction in account in future with the same excuse. When we told bank that sir, we have not done this type of process in past to please explain us what to do? And when it was not done in past or as per bank statement our limit was not renewed since last 2 years why bank is debiting our account by inspection charges and why the transaction had not been stopped when it was due for renewal during the year 2008-09. On this both the officers of Bank ( Branch manager & Field Officer ) loosed there tempered and harassed us with the unsocial words and insulted me in front of bank staff as well us customers present in the bank. Although he was going to slap me but I could be saving by interface of my wife & customers present in the branch.

                                  7. Bank Manager & Field office had also taken some signatures by misrepresentations from me. They have taken my signature by telling us that they are giving us fresh limit for Rs. 1200000/- lately we came to know that they have taken signature on the bank letter on which we have informed about the non renewal of limit.

                                  8. When I object for same they start procedure for the fresh limit with manipulated intention to extravagate our money. They forced us to spend money for the fresh limit by way of valuations, Shimla traveling and documents costs. But in last they have given us a letter that our proposal has been rejected. Although we have neither asked to provide any information required for same, nor explained reason for rejection of proposal.

                                  9. Branch Manager also told us that till he is in position he will not allow us to bank with the UCO bank. He even not scared to say “I see who will help you, I want to see you crying in your shop”

                                  10. Now bank has also restricted all transaction in my saving account and as well as in my CC account.

                                  Since 31/01/2011 our shop is closed. It’s the only source of our bread. We don’t have any other source of income for survival. My wife has undergone in depression since the incident and this incident also affect adversely my sons mind when he need atmosphere for study as he is pursuing 10+2 exam during this March. Now it’s my humble request that the person who have intentionally snatched my source of earning and put us on the road should be punished for the inhuman act.

                                  Our Pray

                                  Strict action may be taken against the Branch Manager as well as field office for harassment, insult & abutment of customer. Strict action is solicited for the showing violence in bank.

                                  Bank may also be ordered to compensate our costs incurred for the proposal of new limit as that was a pre planed play by the Branch manager and field officer.

                                  A enquiry may be made with respect to the decline of business, accounts of the branch so that hidden face of the bank manger can be seen.
