e-banking kit not yet made available

I have applied for a e-banking username and password on 29th MARCH 2008 at my Branch (OCC Rajgangpur, Sundargarh, Orissa)

After about 2 months, I am yet to receive the e-banking ID and Password. Whenever I approach the Bank authorities, I am being told that we have not received the same from Kolkata since it supposedly is issued from Kolkata UCO branch.

I lodged a complaint on 22nd May on UCO toll free no....

unautorised insurance of myfather against home loan

sir my father has been taken loan from uco bank in oct 2007 but that tyey do not discuss about any insurance . but before some days they have widrawal 40000/- rs from my father account for insurence of my father . but we are not agree with this
what should we do in this case...
