I am a subscriber of Tata Docomo mobile services. I am facing network problems for the last 3 months. I have complained to service provider many a times both verbally and in writing by e-mail. Though they promise resolving the problem, but never actually solved the issue. As I am missing quite a few calls which affects my business badly, can you please suggest the likely action for deficient service.
