Hi,
Our Co-op. Housing society office not working properly.
1) Not filling right information in record. Wrong information always filled by them.
2) Society office open and close time are not fix. (never open for Society member, to resolve the problem)
3) If any Question asked by society member, not giving proper and right answer by them.
4) Only certain or special people they provide good services (Committee Member)
5) If Society member ask for document to see. they are not ready to provide them any current as well as past data.
6) They are not ready to give me written Answer.
7) Society maintenance work always give to only one person (Who is very close to Chairman and Secretary)
8) As per rule above 15 Yrs old building need to Structural Audit is Require. but without structural audit the went for
repair the building, huge amount spend (around 30 Lac) on repair without any expert recommendation.
9) I tried to asked show quotation of work and other paper related to work. I am member of society then still they
are not ready to show me.
I am sure there is some problem in the Society Office.
Committee member not ready to listen my suggestions for transparent work.
Could you please provide me any Idea for make society office work smooth and Transparent.
