[Resolved]  Union Bank Of India — Discripancies in saving A/c

I had try to withdrwl money from other channel network ATM bt transection was declined. At the same time my ac show debit. this is happened in 11th Dec. after one month there is no respose from my bank

I had try to withdrwl money Rs. 7000/- from Bank of India ATM at Okhla phase I New Delhi- 110020 on dated 18.06.2009, but money was not received. At the same time we have received Rs.3000/- by other transaction request. But my ac show debit Rs. also 7000/- this is happened in 18.06.2009 at 7.00pm. I have already request to customer care as no.27509 dated 20.06.2009.

Dear Sir,

I am a saving account holder o[censored]nion bank of India. My saving account no. is [protected].
On 18th Jun 2009 at around 7.00pm I used my ATM card to withdraw money from Bank of India ATM. located at Okhla Phase I New Delhi. I inserted the card in machine for withdrawing 7000 Rs. I waited for more then 30 secs but money was not received (only slip received printed sorry for inconvenience). After some time screen showed please insert the card then I tried again for Rs. 3000/- which I have received.

But I highly surprised the next day I checked my statement in UBI ATM and found 7000 debited from my account which I was not received.

I have requested to UBI customer care no. [protected] and my request no. is 27509 on dated 20.06.2009, But till date we have not received any reply.

I, therefore, request you to kindly reimburse the debited amount Rs. 7000/- into my account as soon as possible. My card no. is [protected].

On 20 june2009 at around 11.30pm i used my ATM card to withdraw money from union bank of india ATM sarafa main barnach
located at sector sarafa bazar gwalior.I inserted the card in machine for withdawing 25000rs.i waited
for more then 30 secs then it appears transaction taking more then sufficient time pls insert the card again and i tried again
but same thing happend.Then after 5 day i checked my mini statement and found 25000debited from my account.

kindly pls reimburs the amount into my account to proceed further.My card no. is[protected]

I am from Kochin kerala and currently working as a sales manager for MNC . Today morning i had a bitter experience from one of your branch ( Nodal Office - MG road Near Jayalakshmi silks Kochin) .i have visited your branch for openning a SB account for my brother name Siraj . I have submitted all the documents required @ 11 clock and the officer told me that he doesnt have any time and to come @ 3 clock. .As he told i arrived at 3;30pm and met the person named Ramesh . Whn i asked abt the details he told that he doesnt have the time and come for 2mrw . he will try for 2mrw . I am travelling from perumbavvor ( 30km from Kochin) and my brother is doing the business in kochin . i want to open an account in the kochin branch... wht the officer told me that why you are openning an account in the koochin office rather than in perumbavoor, .. he used bad words and i am outrageous of such type of response from a bank officer ., , He doesnt know how to behave to the custtomers . ..

I would like to say to train these innocent person how to behave and manage the customer. i am expecting a reply from the authorities for the same .

I am a ATM Card holder in this Bank. My ATM card no is 201394. But unfortunately my ATM card missing 03.03.09 onwards. I gave a letter to Kottakkal branch office regarding the above said matter on 04/03/09. So I humbly requesting to you to block my ATM card and issue a duplicate ATM card as far as possible.

So please take necessary steps on the above case.

This has been very poor service by union bank, City Branch naya bazar Ajmer, Rajasthan. that when I visited the branch he was not ready to cooperate with us and the same he delayed the entire process which could be carried out within some hours but due to his arrogant behavior i went on waiting for my work for about 7 days. This is just because unknown reason but i suffered so much that the work I went for, was an urgent but he delayed the same for an unknown reason saying "It will take a week to complete this."

my father is a senior citizan and my home 15 km so far your branch so he will not come many time I surprised for just passs book entries deleyed in 10 days and his excused pass book is not in stock so you come after a quarter (15days)again and again.
I personally request RBI and any main concern authority to take a serious action for such happening.

Dear Sir,

It seems you did not credit interest for the 2nd quarter of this year while other banks have already credited. You also do not give depositors any interest for any quarter if the deposits were closed prematurely. While other banks are quick in granting interest to customers in time, well do not know your bank what it does. Very Very bad serviced Bank.
